I finally got around to making Carver a Warden and I have to say, it was definitely worth the effort. He makes a fine Warden and bro.

I began to tear up at the end part when talking with him before duking it out with teh templars. Favorite Bioware sibling, definatley!

Someone needs to root for the poor boy.

I think as it is in my game, my Hawke spends the better part of Act 1 trying to get Carver and Merrill together.  Bless their little hearts, they're so oblivious and adorkable.

And they talk about each other.  If you make him a Templar, she asks about him.  I didn't talk to her enough the first time through to know if she asks after him as a Warden, though.  And they have such AWKWARD flirting.

If mageHawke goes after her... that's just mean.   Especially after Peaches....

My brother finally played and beat the game as a warrior, now he's playng as a rogue.  I'm trying to tell him to roll a mage so he can experience Carver, but his reaction was "I got the impression that guy was kind of a dick".  And I replied "YES, he is!  But it's glorious!"

I'd much rather have a jerk younger brother. It seems more natural for siblings from what I'm told. Plus he's just too precious! Too much fun to tease. I can't bring myself to pick at Bethany as much. She's just too sweet. I really need to finish my non-mage playthroughs..

As a younger sibling myself, I adore Carver. He is indeed a stubborn jerkwad, but beneath that crusty exterior, there is a delicious filling of Brotherly Loooooove.
In Mass Effect 2, there are Renegade and Paragon interrupts. I dearly wish there was such a thing in DA2. Just for Carver.
