I could defiantly see big bro Garret setting up Carver with Merrill. All the time discouraging him from thinking about going out with Isabella because she's a bad influence, then proving he's a hypocrite by going to Isa's room.

I actually created the Bethany & Carver with Anders & Merrill as an answer to the hypothetical question of "What if the Champion was killed instead..?"

Think of it as Darkspawn Chronicles except better and MUCH more optimistic...

Looking for a fic that covers such a story...

Hrmm.. TBH this does tempt me to write something. I haven't written a fic since I first beat Origins, and that one was kinda a downer. But I've been feeling creative lately so maybe? I'll have to see if I can think of anything worth writing. It's a really neat idea though.

So, I decided to give Trivia's idea a shot. I've uploaded it to fanfiction.net. It was done pretty quickly in a few hours, and tbh I didn't proofread it. I was just wanting to get it done before I go to sleep. I haven't written in at least a year so I'm probably rusty. Tell me what you think and be as nice or ruthless to your heart's content!

Right now it's a one-shot, because I'm lazy and don't trust myself to make promises of future chapters that I might not be able to keep. But if I managed to not suck at it I might try more.

D'aawww, a gif! They look as cute together as I thought they would. I was too busy setting up companions in my own mind to start a relationship with anyone with my canon Hawke. Sad to see the sibling leave so early and return so late, but it was nice to watch Aveline start a new life and Isabella and Fenris start...whatever that thing of theirs is. 

And in the Carver/Hawke argument after Carver's companion quest, I think one of the wheel options leads to Hawke saying something like, "the middle child act is getting old". That lead me to think he was the older twin? It's been a while, though, so I may not be remembering it right.
