Dang, they really changed some of the character models. Carver is ripped. He looks like he could break Alistair in two. Also huzzah! Both siblings in Kirkwall! This would make my day if, y'know, the trailer hadn't already. I'll have to watch it again after this post.

And more Carver artwork! I'm getting the warm and fuzzies from the thread growing and the love for Carver movement growing, while the love for beating Carver up movement is.. still kinda strong.

Just because of the one or two derp pics of him and the trailer showing him in Kirkwall Carver is now my favorite He better f'n survive I'm definitely picking him over Bethany if it has to be a choice of who dies.

I think they made him appear in Kirkwall so that they don't show new party members (just a simple console command can make Daveth and Ser Jory appear in Denerim).



I still think he dies by that Ogre (it's shown in the trailer too)

I can't wait until we start geting character trailers. I want to know anything about Carver's personality. Like what his position on the Chantry and Mages are. I would hate it, but I could see him splitting from the family and siding with the Templars if there really is a Mage vs Templar thing.

The Chantry is pretty much engrained in your life from birth, and I'm sure growing up with a talented mage sister might give him a bit of a self-confidence problem. Though probably not nearly as bad if Hawke is a warrior/rogue.

I thought your choices or something at the beginning of the game determine who survives. It could turn out that Momma Hawke dies and both Bethany and Carver live. Honestly, I will make sure that Carver stays alive. No getting squished by an Ogre for him (at least in most playthroughs).
