Carver looks like a paedophile. I'll let him die and try to fulfil my Hawke's quest of killing Bethany too and the mother as well. Then my Hawke will find his father: Duncan. Well his body at least and we get to wear his armor.

I agree with Fortlowe.  It's wrong and mean to label Carver such.  With that said, since Duncan is dead, can Carver wear Duncan's skin?

I agree with Fortlowe.  It's wrong and mean to label Carver such.  With that said, since Duncan is dead, can Carver wear Duncan's skin?

Clearly, Carver lacks the appropriate facial hair. Wearing Duncan's face would be a step in the right direction though.

Clearly Carver could kill Bob the Bearded Bandit and acquire an actual beard by a bandit-beard business. Or he could switch to Old Tethras and become an awesome spokesperson.

This is good.  I like what I see here and I did grin.  However, it isn't possible.  Because Carver doesn't go in boats.  No, sir.  It isn't that Carver is afraid of water, so much as water is afraid of Carver.

His mom is a noble, so she's educated.  His dad's an apostate mage.  His sister's an apostate mage.  I bet Carver's got as much brains as he has chin.  In face, his chin is probably a cooling tower for his enormous brains.
