Thanks for posting those pics. I like the armor that he's in although it looks like it's from the embellished version. Perhaps he'll still have cool armor, but not as cool as the exaggerated version.

I notice that Carver is a party member in the new GI Informer preview -- which would appear to be confirmation that the sibling companion can stick around at least a fair bit beyond the prologue. At least long enough to run into Varric and Anders and take a trip down to some lost thaig or other.

I notice he's not wearing any kind of armor which makes me sad. I am amused by his giant hammer though.

I think Carver looks really good =) sort of wish that he wasn't the little brother. I'm quite curious to see what sort of personality he will have. I guess that he will continue to get very little love until the game comes out. Keeping my fingers crossed that little bro will be as awesome as I think he will be =)

Well, damn. Even with the latest companion's (and possible "token male human LI") reveal Carver is still the best looking human male companion. It's just... unfair.

I wouldn't consider him the most attractive human male, but he is pretty darn cute. Wouldn't think it for the above photoshop, though. You guys are awful mean to Carver in his own thread!

On a random but still Carver-related note, I reeeeeally hope your sibling has opinions on your LIs the way the companions would in DA:O. Whenever Wynne or Leliana would say something about whoever I happened to be romancing, it made the romance feel more connected to the main story.

... But mostly I mention it because I secretly would love to see Carver give an 'interrogation' to anyone romancing FemHawke like the one Alistair gave Zevran (but without the jealous undertones), just because I think any LI would have a hard time not cracking up at Carver attempting to be imposing. He may be a warrior, but he's not the most threatening-looking fellow.

This new screenshot with customized Hawke is interesting. Bethany and Carver look the same way like when with default Hawke. I wondered how much different will they look if I decide to modify my character's appearance. This is promising because I thing that Carver looks cute and wouldn't want it to change much.
