Is there such a thing here that I've missed? If not, is there going to? I often find myself wending my way through pages of a thread, trying to find whatever a dev has said on the topic ... it would be a nice feature.

You can click the 
that shows up under some threads which means someone from Bioware has posted to the thread. That's the closest this forum has to one, I suppose.
