I had the same "issue" with the Joker hat. It's because you used paypal. Everything is fine, it just doesn't appear on the store profile page

Wow... just... wow. And I thought the way my Afterlife got handled was bad. (it looked like someone stomped on the center of the thing but it was still in its original packing and so was only creased in the center a bit.

! not an Illium. What was it packed in just that smashed up box? Packing a litho loosely in a box is a horrible idea anyway not even taking into account the clear mishandling of the package

That is shocking! I feel for you Alpha. I was really looking forward to seeing this in one of your frames too!

Damn...thats like the first of the 300 Spartans dying at the battle of Thermopylae...the beginning of the end. And yeah, this is before THBS's current packaging and replacement method, so I realize it's probably not the first, but that's just brutal...I'm not sure how you could have controlled yourself, Alpha, after taking such a loss...hope you didn't rampage [<-- link is NSFW - violence] through the household or anything - I might have... :/

I'm still in disbelief. What man in his right mind would leave any package in the rain so much that it essentially soaks through multiple layers of cardboard? I could maybe understand the outside box getting somewhat wet but the inside one too? I'm more depressed than angry though as there's nothing I can do about it.

You should give the litho to me

Not this time, sorry. :(

Well, I don't know, ask Ms Domino.

How do I do this exactly? By sending a PM or..?

E: Oddly enough the Thane litho I just bought is already visible at recent orders page. It seems something fishy might have happened to my Normandy order. Hopefully it's nothing major. :(

The same exact thing happened to my Normandy order. I already received ordering and shipping confirmation, however, it does not show up in my previous order page.

Have any Canadians had any luck receiving their Normandy litho yet? They sent me an email saying it was shipped on the 16th and gave me a tracking number, but as of today (a week later) the number doesn't work.

This is my first order from the Bioware store (well, second, first being those damn figures!), so I'm unsure if this is normal or not. Getting a wee bit anxious.

Has anyone who ordered a Miranda litho on the 18th had it ship recently?

@Rabid619 - the tracking number provided with orders shipped to Canada does not update until after the item clears customs and is picked up by Canada Post for delivery. please be patient, it's pon it's way!

@Shinzero02 - for some reason our system isn't updating the Bioware Store site when orders ship out, we're in the process of fixing it. please PM me with your order number, and I can get you updated shipping information.

Just got my Normandy in, odd that the tracking still hasn't been activated but i'm very happy. Has a couple very slight scuffs on the corners but is in otherwise perfect condition. Much bigger and better looking than I could have imagined it to be. #105/500

Just a small heads up to those who order lithos from the re-release from Normandy and forward.
My replacements from the original release of the Thane/Grunt/Tali and Legion/Miranda packs got damage, this is the answer I got from support when asking for replacement for them:

Unfortunately, all of the lithos that you are requesting replacements of are no longer available.

I can offer you a discount on the lithos that you have, or I can offer to send out lithographs that we have in stock as replacements.

Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

Of course there is no more lithos for replacing damages, that week of final releases of Normandy to Miranda/legion pack were the lithos they hold back for replacements from the original 500. They were not a re-release technically.

Sorry to hear that you've had damage problems but I'd be surprised if they replaced lithos more then once to begin with. You have to draw the line somewhere, it costs them alot of money to do so.

If you can't call it a re-release please give me a better word because sure can't come up with one.

And of course they have to draw the line somewhere, I combined two orders in to one replacement so that might be why they decided that they could do a second one.
You would think that it would just be cheaper to package stuff properly then sending out alot of replacements though.

On another note my Normandy arrived today rolled up in a tube which worked really good. No damage to the tube so no damage from that, but the packer was able to "fold" the litho in the image itself.
Looks like someone in a higher place don't won't me to buy these lithos. Image IPB

You don't need a word just to explain it better, final sale of held back lithos. I got the impression that you thought they printed more, did a second release, something like that. Just that you were surprised that there are none for replacements anymore.

What do you mean by "fold" the litho in the image itself? They rolled it too tight and it created a fold? Thats one of the primary reasons they dropped tube shipping, the damage in my experience was from the packer.

If you don't mind, what damage did your flat packed ones sustain? Just out of interest.

The "fold" might be a better explained as 2 ridges which looks like when you take a paper by each hand pretty close to each other and then moving them together. Was a bit woried that it might have been rolled too tight when I got it but there was not problem with that actually.

The flat packed ones got corner damage which won't be covered by a frame, wouldn't have cared that much if a framed would have covered it up.

Please notice that this issue has been resolved. I'm creating this post to try and have Treehouse change the way mini lithos are packaged.

At first I ordered a bunch of mini lithos these arrived with corner damage. This was no problem and after a few pictures of the damage a replacement was sent without any problems. This replacement arrived with corner damage as well albelt not as much as the first one. At this point I opted for a small refund since I didn't see any reason for a second replacement to be sent out.

Treehouse ships the mini lithos in a standard UPS envelope without any corner protection at all. The only protection is a layer of cardboard. According to Treehouse they haven't experienced any issues with this; to me that seems strange.
