why can't these morons at USPS not bend the crap out of these?

However, it's a shame it got damaged being rolled up poorly. It was rolled in there very haphazardly, to say the least.
The damage brought on a few scratches on the surface, but the biggest mark against it iis a pretty significant tear down the top corner of the image. If not for that, I wouldn't be asking for a replacement, but it's damaged to where you can see the white of the matte around it underneath.
Moving to a thick tube is the right way if they don't want it to be crushed or bended, but they need to roll the art up correctly if they don't want damage.

Support had to check to verify that the heavy duty cardboard is only meant for flat packages.
It seems we've been over this before with Earth Alliance.

I just got the Mako Lithograph with a nice fold down the middle from the european part of the store. It was sandwiched between two sides of cardboard and nothing else. In total the package was less than 1 cm thick. This means that it could bend very easily. The cardboard was very flimsy.
What's even stranger is that it was shipped flat. A couple of months ago support confirmed that lithos wouldn't be shipped flat from the european part of the store.
This packaging is by far the worst I've seen so far.

I also sent a message down to the UK stressing that these lithos should be shipped in tubes with the cardboard backing removed. Please let me know how you receive it. Otherwise, I'm sorry you received this with strange packing. That is definitely not in the SOP we provided.
and despite this:

This time only with minor corner damage.
Update
I'm sincerely sorry this keeps happening. I sent a message over about your replacement order specifically along with the SOP for packing Art and it looks like nothing was done differently. At this point, this issue (as a whole) has been escalated above my head. We should have this figured out before our next round of lithos.
