The only clothes I've seen them trying to sell is all stuff that I already got for free. Most of it is pretty stupid looking to be honest. I also find it a bit mental that they are charging people for something that changes nothing but cosmetics, it has no effect on the game at all other than how you look.

If you noticed theres no black dye in the game its because they held it back to sell as DLC.

I think its more DA taking the fable story......

anyway i just beat fable 3, enjoyed it, now im going to return it for ac brotherhood

Except DA was released way before Fable 3 was

and DA2 is pretty much fable 2

How is DA2 just like fable 2 when DA2 hasn't been released yet. If anything DA2 is like Mass Effect.

Nah, DA2 is DA2.

Yeah, i couldn't believe they held back the dye lol. Cheeky or what.
What bothers me is you cant win it etc, its real life money on in game clothing lol. £1.36 for a dog suit... i'd rather have a double cheeseburger

Unfortunately this is the future of gaming. People will pay for this kind of stuff so they will keep dishing it out and holding back features to sell to us at a later date.

They have it cleverly priced too so you pay what is it £4.25 for 500 points? Then use that to rent a movie on xbox live or something similar, which just about leaves enough points for you to afford some of that cheaper DLC. Not 100% sure if Fable has it priced that way yet but I've seen a few other games do it and expect Fable to follow suit sooner or later.

Also thats stuff that other people got with the collectors edition/pre-orders. I think that kinda stuff should stay exclusive. I would consider paying for a patch that removed alot of the streamlining from the gameplay. Such as interactions etc.

I'd be disappointed if all of Lionhead's DLC plans were just more pointless suits and weapons. I need moar story!

I cant help but feel that Reavers note, one he leaves in the palace after completion. That or thats just their way of explaining his sudden absense... but we only ever had contact with him via the main quest line anyway...

So i've read that the DLC for Fable 2 is kind of linked to this storyline, is that true? And by much? I never had Xbox live when i had the second game but im thinking of playing it...

Has anyone read that Fable novel that came out recently?

As for the novel I haven't read it but it doesn't sound great to be honest.

That's great news. I'm glad they're bringing back the shooting range and Reaver's Wheel Of Misfortune. It'll give me and my friend another reason to play on co op!

Awesome! New quests are greatly appreciated, I've done almost all of the ones in the game already.

the 5 Star Dog Potion (80 Microsoft Points) that gives your canine companion the full 5-star ability for digging, diving and tracking down hidden chests right from the start.

So they're selling cheats now? The rest sounds like it could be interesting, doesn't seem like there will be much in the way of actual content, but a few minigames is fine for the price they're selling it for.

I have to congratulate Lionhead studios. They actually managed to make a villain that scared me the first time I encountered it.

That voice . . .Yikes.

Anyone wish they could kill Reaver?

Yeah, but you just know that he would find some way to make money off his own death though.

Yes, in the final quest of See the Future DLC Theresa tells the Hero that his/her child will determine the fate of Albion and Aurora. Essentially, it paves the way for Fable 3.

Is it literally just that? Telling her about her child? Or is there more in the DLC?

I wish i could kill Reaver, or at least have his house. But on the other hand i dont because then i couldn't hear Stephen Frys' voice

Yeah. Although the "real" enemy came out of nowhere I was still pretty freaked out by it. I just wanted to get the hell out'a that cave as soon as I heard that voice!

That cave was pretty freaky with all the shadows and eyes. My favourite part of the whole game.

The DLC has "real" quests, but they aren't related to Fable 3. Only the epilogue is.
