If you noticed theres no black dye in the game its because they held it back to sell as DLC.

The only clothes I've seen them trying to sell is all stuff that I already got for free. Most of it is pretty stupid looking to be honest. I also find it a bit mental that they are charging people for something that changes nothing but cosmetics, it has no effect on the game at all other than how you look.

Yeah, i couldn't believe they held back the dye lol. Cheeky or what.
What bothers me is you cant win it etc, its real life money on in game clothing lol. £1.36 for a dog suit... i'd rather have a double cheeseburger

Unfortunately this is the future of gaming. People will pay for this kind of stuff so they will keep dishing it out and holding back features to sell to us at a later date.NamiraWilhelm wrote...

They have it cleverly priced too so you pay what is it £4.25 for 500 points? Then use that to rent a movie on xbox live or something similar, which just about leaves enough points for you to afford some of that cheaper DLC. Not 100% sure if Fable has it priced that way yet but I've seen a few other games do it and expect Fable to follow suit sooner or later.
Also thats stuff that other people got with the collectors edition/pre-orders. I think that kinda stuff should stay exclusive. I would consider paying for a patch that removed alot of the streamlining from the gameplay. Such as interactions etc.

So i've read that the DLC for Fable 2 is kind of linked to this storyline, is that true? And by much? I never had Xbox live when i had the second game but im thinking of playing it...
Has anyone read that Fable novel that came out recently?

As for the novel I haven't read it but it doesn't sound great to be honest.

the 5 Star Dog Potion (80 Microsoft Points) that gives your canine companion the full 5-star ability for digging, diving and tracking down hidden chests right from the start.
So they're selling cheats now? The rest sounds like it could be interesting, doesn't seem like there will be much in the way of actual content, but a few minigames is fine for the price they're selling it for.

Yes, in the final quest of See the Future DLC Theresa tells the Hero that his/her child will determine the fate of Albion and Aurora. Essentially, it paves the way for Fable 3.NamiraWilhelm wrote...

Yeah. Although the "real" enemy came out of nowhere I was still pretty freaked out by it. I just wanted to get the hell out'a that cave as soon as I heard that voice!thegreateski wrote...
I have to congratulate Lionhead studios. They actually managed to make a villain that scared me the first time I encountered it.

That cave was pretty freaky with all the shadows and eyes. My favourite part of the whole game.

The DLC has "real" quests, but they aren't related to Fable 3. Only the epilogue is.NamiraWilhelm wrote...
Is it literally just that? Telling her about her child? Or is there more in the DLC?
