I'm mostly looking for advice for this. I'm level 26 adept, I might be a little underleveled I don't know I havent had much issue that I couldn't get through until this. I've tried going to the right to get away from the first wave, but then a sniper spawns below her, and if I try to take him first I have a commando that thinks its a krogan in my butt. If I go for the commando first I get BS sniped. If I stay to the left I don't really have any trouble with Benezia herself, but the biotics last for so long that I'm literally out of the fight longer than I'm in it.

I've got Ashley and Tali as my squad, mostly so that Im even on abilities for Tech Combat and Biotics, partially for the squad achievements.. Biotics naturally don't really work on the commandos either. At least, they work so bad I'm better off saving them for the snipers.

On a side note, The few times I Have managed to get through the first two waves of commandos, I almost always get BS sniped due to the fact you can't get proper angles on the snipers. The ones that spawn in the corner with the first 2 commandos by Benezia are obnoxious, but I can get through them. The problem I have at that point is when you take those out, snipers spawn behind at the inital right corner. When that happens there is absolutely zero angle I can get on them where they can't get me. The last time I tried to go past Benezia  instead to the original doorway area biotics had thrown all the blocks onto the path so I couldn't even consider that.

If anyone can give some helpful advice, I'd be most appreciative.

Goodness, you're asking for trouble. I'm levelling up an infiltrator as high as possible before tackling insanity on a second playthru. Those Geth snipers are a pain in the butt, so I always go for the Asaris first, staying out of the line of sight from Benezia and the snipers.

I always go for the snipers first if they are mixed with a commando simply because they pretty much always one shot kill even if they dont possibly have a shot on me they seem to hit. The commandos are annoying, but once in awhile I get past that, and end up getting screwed by one of the last 2 sets of snipers. Its frustrating, especially when theres more than one

If you are an adept, you are playing in insanity and you want to kill Benezia, I suggest you do everything else you can before it. That's what I do (I always play with adepts and on insanity, yeah, I love challenge ). When saying doing everything, I'm not talking about Virmire, but rescuing Liara and doing Feros with the rest of the clusters is suggested before going to fight Benezia. Also the team you picked up is good for an adept. Finally, remember that if you get stucked you can always go backwards and go to another planet to gain experience. That's something good about Noveria.

Biotics always work on commandos when at least at the advanced state.(and benezia is instant killed after the three waves with master lift)
Also Tali should have damping at this point.
Also,when using lift,aim at the ground near the enemy you want to lift.

This fight was crazy easy for my adept.... though I leveled up singularity first.

If you have done this, play aggressivly. Rushing to the corners where the AI spawn, lay down a singularity, and lay waste.
