Voted for ME2 but some strange games are in the mix for sure, not having Blur in the racing titles is a head scratcher.

The only game to come close to beating ME2 in terms of experience was Bioshock, ME2 is definitely one of the greatest if not the greatest video game ever made.

Sorry, had to vote my conscience.  Voted for DA:O.   Now, had they a Player Character of the year I would have voted for female Commander Shepard.  Best PC I have ever played.

Meh, ME2 is lucky FO NV was not up for any awards, I only voted ME2 because out of all the choices there, mE2 is the best, no Galaxy 2, wtf.....

I'm surprised at the lack of Starcraft II. Still, Mass Effect 2 is the RPG of the year. And yet, as much as I wanted to, I couldn't vote for it over Heavy Rain.

because its classified as a real time strategy game... RTS arn;t always like age of empires or command and conquer where you build and army to kill another. RTS also includes things like sim city and rollercoaster tycoon.

It was a tough fight in my mind between ME2 and Red Dead Redemption for me for GOTY; went for the mighty Mass Effect 2 in the end
