Then...impregnating Flemeth.
This forum never ceases to amaze me.
But all in all, I still wish for the Nug Bombs.

If we go as far as romancing EVERYONE, we might as well introduce gender bending to increase the fantasy factor... [Looks at brothel statistics] Oh..... Oh, never mind. I'll just put this away.

Yes, because I'm sure it'll be a heart warming cut scene where Flemeth uses Hawke until he can't do it anymore then throws him out like a piece of trash to usher in the next host. Just makes me feel all warm and tingly.
Works for me.

I thought she killed you afterward, at least according to morrigan.

But I didn't even get to get all the way through the Flemeth scene, so there's plenty of room for the conversation to take a few different turns.
(If anyone made it all the way to the end of the demo, maybe they can let me know how close I was to finishing. She had just noticed Wesley and told us what she thought of his chances of survival.)
Anyway, one other point about romance: I think it would just end up being a copy of the Morrigan romance from DAO. Starts out as an ice queen, you chip away some of the layers, see some humanity beneath. But we already have Morrigan for that; I think Flemeth should remain too awesome to be swayed by the likes of Hawke. She needs to be manipulating us all along, as befits a Magnificent Bastard of her caliber.
Edit: I just realized my penultimate sentence made it sound like Morrigan wasn't awesome. This is so not what I think. They are both awesome, but in different ways. To make them awesome in the same way would be losing a perfectly good way of being awesome.

I think romance is a bit much, but I do think it would be cool to be able to sort of be "on her side," or at least to have characters respect her or want to ally with her, instead of having no choice but be antagonistic. I was a little bummed during the demo when I chose the friendliest option for accepting her "offer," and Hawke goes "I guess we have no choice." I want to be genuinely grateful that this person just saved our lives, and maybe respectful of the power she commands. I'm not talking about being naïve...I mean obviously there is reason to be cautious, but I don't think right away you should have to suspect her of being an enemy.

well, it does make a bit of sense when hawke says "we got no choice" when flemmeth helps them only because she appeared to them as a high dragon, a creature that is described in the lore as a being of evil so even if one saved me i'd be wary of it:whistle:

I suggested a while ago that it would be nice to see some cutscenes about Flemeth, and maybe controlling her for a while, just to flesh out her character a bit more (like the Arbiter in Halo 2). But people thought it was silly...

They should make a dlc where we can romance a broodmother. It would be a best seller.<3slimgrin wrote...

At least a dead horse would be fresher than Flemeth.
Even a Zombie would be fresher, and that would still be preferable knowing I would turn into one afterwards.

Playing as The Arbiter was just dumb, playing as an Elite in multiplayer is just dumb. I play Halo to be the human wiping out all the fugly aliens bastards.Lord_Valandil wrote...

[Sten] NO [/Sten]
I loved to play as the Arbiter.
And I play as an Elite in multiplayer. Humans bore the hell out of me.
But that's just my opinion.

A 12 year old girl has consented to sex with a male 18+. The girl is willing but the law still says it is rape.Esbatty wrote...
I'd totally be down for being manipulated and then raped until I can be raped no more. But how does one rape the willing?
Thus the willing and possibly eager can be raped.

Sarcasm translates real well over textual communication, especially considering that 90% of sarcasm is conveyed by the tone/pitch of your voice.Lord_Valandil wrote...

Oh...
Are you Shadow_Broker in disguise? I think that I'll go to sleep, I don't feel in the mood to debate that kind of silly things.

She's undead. So it's no different then sexing up a Vampire, werewolf or Mummified corpse. Notice how the options get worse the lower in the order they are. I found a modded Wynne face that makes me wish I could have a romance with her, oh sweet mods how you take the great and turn it into softcore porn.Lord_Valandil wrote...

But I don't feel particularly attracted by old women.
Also, agreed with Jarek and ReconTeam. Flemeth is not my type
But they are.
And technically, Wynne is dead.

That is too true indeed. Maybe we're not deviants but...we like our options. And good writing? Okay some have problems, I'm okay with sexing up abomination/dragon/shape-shifting ancient women but the sister thing is a bit too far.Saibh wrote...
BioWare fans are the horniest fans in existence.
The first thing we say after seeing a new character is "IS ROMANCABLE Y/N" up to and including sisters and dragon ladies.
