It's cam but really good. I find the animations very nice. I am wondering why they tend not to show gameplay videos as long as they are like this one.

Take a look at the battle between skeletor and cloud from final fantasy 7

:D

Thanks, dude. I appreciate the post.  I'm sure you and I aren't the only ones that was new to.

Now that I have watched this video, I am starting to see what everyone is up in arms about regarding the speed of combat. I don't think they are diagnosing the problem correctly though. It looks like a framerate issue. Like there aren't enough frames to fill the animation out so it looks jerky and rushed. Think Speed Racer animation compared to The Lion King.

Also, the Hurlocks are all dressed the same. Eveyone is calling them 'Skeletors'. That's easy though. All the the character models have changeable armor.

Obviously, this is an early build, from the incomplete animation and the lack of sky and shading and discernable light sources. This looks like a demo primarily geared to show evolved combat scheme. The combat appears to be the same as that from DA:O, but responsive instead of reactive. Like the character responds to stimuli instead of reacting to a command. The player will feel like he or she is taking action when he hits the controller instead of issuing a commander for the character to follow.
