So whenever I try to access customer support through any part of EA - help.dragonage.com, ea.support.com, etc. - I instead get a page that says:
RightNow Technologies
You should probably be going here.
"Here" is a hyperlink that brings me to http://www.rightnow.com/ which could not be less helpful.
If I can't talk to them (maybe even if I can) I suspect I am screwed. I have only 4 saves for my Awakening game and they were all made at my friend's house -- and he has Promo Pack 1. I do not, so whenever I attempt to load up my saved games on *my* console it says "I am missing the Memory Band" and kicks me back to the main menu. The only solution I can think of is to beg to EA. Anyone else know any workarounds, since EA has cut themselves off?
Customer Support disappeared? (Also: save games do not work)

You have two choices: (1) use your saves on your friend's console or (2) start over on your console. The Memory Band is bound to those saves now, so if you don't have it installed on your console the game will never let you load those saves.
