Hey all, I had this working before in some round about fashion but now its just too cumbersome. Anyone know how ot make either an area or trigger where if the player dies, instead of getting the traditional UI they spawn someplace else in another location at full health.
The whole idea is what the character is experiencing is a dream, they die in it and wake up.
I had it working in a very very complex way, too complex, but then I also implemented the dying opions for party members which made it stop working. Anyone have a simple way of doing this? Thanks.

All of those event are handled by the on death event of the module.
You need to make a script that do what you want.

got it working again, in more of a streamline manner this time. The problem I had was that I was running the modification from the on death, but the on dying script specifically fires before any on death script, even if the player is already dead.
So I needed to put a conditional in there, about two lines, that checked for the tag of an area and where the player actually was and if they were the same to default to the special situation.
All fixed now, thanks for pointing me in that direction
