You do have the elcor and hanar as exceptions to this rule but they are taken less seriously than the other species and serve largely as props. Moreover overly hostile races like the batarians and vorcha are both repulsive in appearance to make sure they get no sympathy from any potential Shepard.
Since aliens and humans in ME are made to look somewhat similar and think somewhat like us, I'm fairly sure most of the galaxy's residents could be drawn to us humans, or at least not disgusted by our presence. Personality seems to play a bigger role in who is attractive or not as most individuals have standardized bodies and health thanks to genetics mastery : humans who are viewed as dashing, ambitious heroes have a natural appeal in that case

Besides I doubt there is any specie that would resist Miranda's ass.

So, you suggest that Ms. Lawson is our secret weapon against the Reapers via seduction?

Is there one we can ask?
Also, all ME aliens are created by humans[Bioware], so it doesn't surprise me if humans find them attractive.

Yeah, some aliens did find humans attractive.Turian men seem to have a "fetish" for human women but I dont know about the other aliens...
I don't recall hearing that. I remember Mordin talking about a fetish some krogan have for salarians (safeword is genophage) but does FemShep get hit on by turians?

Partially I think they exist as an excuse for other aliens to find us attractive--because asari can mate with anyone, and because they are the oldest species, they ingrained their unique look as "attractive" in many aliens' minds. Humans look nearly identical to them, so it's a hop and a skip away.
Personally, I think it'd be much weirder for straight female aliens to be attracted to human males, who look pretty darn similar to the all-female asari (and let's not get into asari gender debates) and must look, at that angle, very "feminine".

I find it odd how aliens find the Asari attractive. yet we don't see many aliens(other than Asari) pursue human women. They're basically the same with the exception of hair and blue skin.
They are soft... something even a chimp would probably squeeze. It should be one of the basic instincts of any thing that has anything hand-like... to squeeze soft things.
Oh God. I don't even want to know what you mean.

If Dolphins can find us sexually attractive, why couldn't aliens.

actually they are more of a parody of the Orion women from Star Trek and it's a kinda tongue in cheek joke that Shepard would be having sex with blue women. When Captain Kirk was having sex with Green women.

Not really. A parody would imply they're there for humurous intent. They are not. Green Skinned Space Babes are pretty common in sci-fi.

Dolphins are known to be rapists. They share a lot of weird traits with humans--like killing for entertainment/sport, instead of for practice and or food. They also will actively attempt to help other species at no gain of their own, like rescuing beached whales--even at their own risk, they'll help humans.
As for dolphin rapist articles, I'm afraid to look that up. Internet is a scary place.

Not just rapists. But gang-rapists.
