-All ship upgrades (save the medbay)
-Omega IV Relay taken one mission after it occured (did Legion's loyal mission, then went)
-Tech Specialist = Legion
-Fireteam Leader 1 = Miranda
-Escort = Jacob
-Biotic = Samara
-Fireteam Leader 2 = Zaeed (was going to stick with Miranda but saved it just to see what would happen with Zaaed, because I was curious. He died and I reloaded that scene, only reload/change that I made)
-Final Squad: Tali and Garrus
-No teammates lost
-All crew saved
-Collector base destoryed

All missions done and everyone loyal, with the exception of Jack as I didn't have enough points to break up the Miranda/Jack fight.
Without previous knowledge, I picked the correct roles (Garrus, Legion Samara). However Jack ended up dying because I took her to the final fight, under the assumption that she was gonna be safe if I kept her close to Shep. I was wrong.
I quickly deleted that game in anger and started over (using a ME1 import this time...)

I didn't realize what would happen if you didn't get the crew right away so I did my last two loyalty missions, I watched Kelly melt.
I did do all of the upgrades
I sided with Miranda
and I lost Thane and Jack died saving Miranda.
It was a sad day even though we destroyed the base and stopped the collector threat.

Tali was my tech specialist, Garrus led the first fire team; I think Samara and Grunt were in my squad.
Samara did the bubble, Miranda led the second fire team, Jacob escorted the crew; Grunt and Legion were in my squad.
Grunt and Samara joined me for the final boss... Mordin died holding the line. After that, I reloaded to bring Mordin and Tali with me to the final boss, and everyone lived.

For biotic I took Jacob since Miranda said it could be any biotic and the first thing going through my head was "hit them with the good stuff", and I lost Grunt because of that. Pissed me off. Also I sent Zaeed again to lead the squad and he died, confusing because he was leading squads back when half the squad was in diapers.
I lost some people on hold the line as well, not sure who though. I know Samara wasn't loyal because I didn't have many renegade points so I failed the conversation with Morinth before even going to her apartment. And Tali probably died to since I wouldn't have had enough points to convince the Quarians.
Somebody also died on the ship, maybe two people.
Damn I lost a lot of people on that play through.

No upgrades so Jack, Legion and Thane all died (or whatever in Legion's case).
Didn't want to send Tali throught the vents as stupid Jacob said it was a suicide mission so I sent Mordin instead
Biotic and squad leaders no problem.
Virtually all of crew turned into milkshake as I took my sweet time.
Other than that a flawless mission!

I used Legion for the vents and Jacob as the First Fire Team Leader. I took Thane and Garrus with me.
I saved all the crew in time and sent Samara back with them. I used Jack for the Biotic Shield and Garrus for the Second Fire Team Leader. Tali and Grunt came with me.
I took Jack and Mordin with me to the final boss.
Turns out everything worked out great, but I later found out that essentially half my crew survived due to pure luck. Because I was searching around the galaxy for any final assignments to do in order to possibly get more paragon points to try to regain Miranda's loyalty (and all I needed to do was retrain my powers). I couldn't find any, so I went on the suicide mission. Afterward I discovered the Geth experiments on Canalus.

I had all loyalties besides Miranda's cause I sided with Jack by mistake.
Had Tali (my LI) go through the vents and then stupidly picked Miranda to lead the fireteam. Watching that rocket hit Tali in the face was probably the most depressed I've ever been due to a video game.
After that chose everything correct and had no one die, brought Thane and Samara with me to the final boss. Told TIM to go to hell and blew the station sky high.
It was actually an interesting playthrough with the LI dying and all, now I can't wait to see if that's mentioned in ME3.

-Samara held the biotic bubble
-Miri was the distraction leader

Edit: I looked at a guide and therefore everyone survived, but beforehand just as a game I wrote down who I would send where and then checked. My guesses turned out to be all right!
Everyone survived and I kept the base. Although when I saw that Joker somehow got Reapertech afterwards, I regretted it. But seriously though, what was up with that datapad?

Also didnt have DLC's because i wasnt as dedicated to the ME series as i am now
-Everyone loyal, although 1/2 of my crew died for taking too long.
-All upgrades (damn that planet scanning mechanic...).
-Tali in vents, with Garrus as the fire team leader (seems like the logical people for the jobs).
-Pretty sure I sent Thane (didn't like his Shredder rounds too much, and he always equipped them even when I told him to use Incendary ammo).
-Garrus again as Fire Team leader, and Samara for the biotic bubble.
-Took Garrus and Mordin with me in the final battle (concussive shot for barriers, and incinerate for armour, turns out to be a good combo), and everyone else survived the HTL.
Ahh, thank you OP for that chance to relive those memories... before I learned how the SM worked

Picked Garrus as a leader because, while I suspected Miranda was also supposed to be a good leader as well, I had this band of brothers spirit with Garrus that I didn't have with her. Kept Garrus as the leader throughout.
Went with Samara with the biotic shield since she brought up the idea to me and I was only going with the most powerful biotics. I think I took Jack along with me as backup even though that idea never went anywhere.
Sent Jacob as the escort for the crew 'cause he wasn't one of my go-to guys for squadmate selection anyway and I trusted him with the crew. Whole crew lived 'cause I went straight for the relay after abduction.
Took Mordin and I think Garrus with me to the final fight. Blew up the base, but I knew there was going to be a playthrough where I was going to suck it up and keep it because that's how my main Shepard rolls. But blew up the base the first time around, everyone lived, told the Illusive Man he could suck it, and we all celebrated being big goddamn heroes that day.

-To keep it a little interesting I didn't upgrade my tech all the way, but did everything else just so it could be a little more unpredictable if I happened to be right.
-Full squad loyalty
-Went to the Omega4 immediately
-Sent Garrus through the vent, he decided not to keep his head behind cover while we closed the door... took a rocket to the face. Was surprised that it wasn't related so much to tech and started getting immersed at that point.
-Samara was the fire team leader.
-Samara maintained the biotic field.
-Miranda was in charge of the diversion team. She got shot but survived, I was hooked at that point.
-Jack escorted the survivors back to the ship.
-Took Grunt and Mordin with me to face the final boss.
-Saved all the crew
No casualties except for Garrus... maybe the gunship made him forget the necessity of cover and not sticking your head into the middle of a live-fire zone.

Your mistake for actually trusting Miranda and her ego. During the final mision briefing I told her to shut up. I had a feeling she had no idea what she was doing, and was overconfident in her abilities. I feel sorry for those that trusted her to hold the biotic bubble.gadna13 wrote...

Nah I was disapointed because it was way to easy for everyone to make it out alive, no permanate deaths, no hard choice nothing. It was a huge cop out. Virmire had more emotions then the suicide mission did.Shadow_82 wrote...
