PS3 says Shale and Blood armor codes are invalid, Bioware page says they're already used

I bought a brand new game, discovered the codes.. only to be disappointed again. It says they expired in April, but Google says they have been known to work long past that. Help me please?

The only advice I can give you is to contact EA customer service. They might have a solution.

How about registering them here through the Social Network? That should then reflect in game? I got DA in May, but the codes worked fine for me on PC.

try the codes on this website and then see if you can log in to the game and see if you can download, that is what I did I got the game at the start of September and the codes still workied, good luck and have fun

Should always register the codes on this website. Games are middlemen, website with your account is the source. Easy choise yeah?

We have not expired these - but the decision to keep them going was made long after these went to print and the game shipped.  Sorry about the confusion.
If the game box was new then the codes should work here on the social site redeem page -  (http://social.biowar...redeem_code.php).  If the game was purchased used, then it is likely the codes were already used.

If the game is new but the codes say they are already used then please contact EA support with the details for the codes and where the game was purchased.
