I Like Wynne myself because if you play a mage she feels like a good mentor, I really liked the relationship she forms with a warden-mage kind of felt like having my own Obi-Wan around

Plus her dialogues allow for a lot of good roleplay, some of the few times the warden can express self doubt or anxiety at the weight on his shoulders (or not) is with Wynne, you can also have some nice discussions about a variety of topics to make your character a little richer.
