This post is for Mass Effect One.

*WARNING POSSIBLE SPOILERS*

I was hoping the community could band together and list all the places one could instantly die for no givin reason due to bugs.

I will list a few:

1) Therum: When in the Mako on the way to Liara there is a spot you may instantly die in the Mako.
2) When fighting Benezia there is a chance she will throw you into the wall, getting stuck and then dieing.

Are there any other places?  Please list them all.  This way we can have one thread dedicated to all the different ways of instantly dieing for no givin reason in Mass Effect One.  Thank you.

Sometimes when you enter a damaged mako, it will just die, even if there are no enemies around. You can also commit suicide that way:devil:

There's the one Crime Boss thats in the sewer-mine-thing, and sometimes you can get sniped and die instantly , no matter your armour, health, etc (confirmed it with a Colossus Heavy armour, with maxed out immunity, and high-health).

On feros, when fighting the thorian, you go around the spiraling area. You can die if you attempt to walk off of it (no surprise) but if you get affected by the asari clone's biotics, are trying using any of your own while near the edge, you can easily die

not only can Shep die fighting the Thorian you can encounter a severely gamebreaking bug by having one of your squadmates fall, die and be removed. this is, as far as I know, the only way to play with less than a full team, and it seriously glitches the cutscene after killing the Thorian. at the point when the missing squadmate should comment, I found myself suddenly teleported to Zhu's Hope with all the Feros NPCs standing there (even some who had died) but couldn't interact with any of them or any items. was amusing but it meant having to do the entire Thorian encounter again
