How many Humans did we saw as bad guys?
Roughly equal to batarian numbers in missions involving the Blue Suns, plus those working for Eclipse. Still less than the Blitz.

I declined to hijack the thread to discuss the ethical value of Cerberus. But as I specifically omitted ME1 sources, they don't count by and large, no. But in the interests of not getting into it, we'll add Archer and the Pragia team to that list.GodWood wrote...

Still doesn't outnumber the Blitz, and speculating on the activities of completely unknown Cerberus cells is useless.

Uncertain. 3 planning to torture David; any number of Blue Suns engaged in running the Purgatory (a slave market), hunting Archangel (who ruined their criminal enterprises), or involved in the Archeological Dig Site → MSV Strontium Mule → Blue Suns Base sequence (in which they're acting as pirates); and the radicals in the Javelin Missiles Launched mission. That's directly encountered; but we can attach Mindoir and the Blitz to that list to add a few thousand.Mesina2 wrote...

1. Purgatory is run by Turian and many there were humans.
2. Forget about Eclipse( Humans, Asari, Salarians), Blood Pack( Krogan, Vorcha) and other Blue Sun members( Humans, Turians).
3. Blue Suns aren't just Batarians.
4. LotSB Cerberus.

What about Cerberus?
And majority of Shadow Borker army are humans.
Even less than the other two, since they only appear working for Eclipse and never raided human colonies for slaves. How many Asari did we see as bad guys?
Nassana and her slaver sister?
Shadow Broker army?
Your math is bad.I'm pretty sure Batarians have lowest number of bad guys.
I've left ME1 references out, on further consideration, because any of the generic mercenaries or pirates encountered that weren't clearly turians or Nassana's sister could be human, batarian, or asari while wearing helmets.
You can easly see diffrence between Human, Asari and Batarian.
BTW Batarians first appeared in Bring Down the Sky DLC.

1. Purgatory is run by Turian and many there were humans.
The warden is turian, yes. But the Blue Suns make extensive use of batarian mercenaries, and their character models use the human helmet.
2. Forget about Eclipse( Humans, Asari, Salarians), Blood Pack( Krogan, Vorcha) and other Blue Sun members( Humans, Turians).
What? If you're suggesting the other mercenary groups are involved in the listed N7 assignments, you're dead wrong. I selected only those involving the Blue Suns. And again, because we have no way to tell a human from a batarian in Blue Suns armor, I consider "about half of non-turians" to be fair.
3. Blue Suns aren't just Batarians.
I'm aware; that's why I'm vague on the numbers. In Blue Suns armor they can't be told from humans, so for the sake of impartiality I split the numbers of non-turian Blue Suns between them.
4. LotSB Cerberus.
What? This page mentions the word "batarian" once:
2166 - Haribon Military Industries purchased on Terra Nova. Legitimate arms contract to colonial forces; models without serial numbers produced for export to crime syndicates in batarian space, Terminus Systems.
Relevance - not found.
What about Cerberus?
Pragia team and Dr. Archer added to the list in a subsequent post; apologies on missing them.
And majority of Shadow Borker army are humans.
I don't believe the Shadow Broker's employees to necessarily be evil. Even Saint Anderson of the Alliance, the most highly regarded man on the forums, contends he's necessary to galactic stability by intention. Protecting him is considered important by at least one Spectre as well.
Nassana and her slaver sister?
Nassana Dantius is an unkind woman panicking because there's an assassin after her. But sure, I'll give you one more. Her sister is an ME1 character and not included in my assessment here.
Shadow Broker army?
See above.
You can easly see diffrence between Human, Asari and Batarian.
Not with a sealed helmet, such as are worn by the Blue Suns, and half of all non-Liara-related asari conversation on the boards is complaining how much they look like human women.
BTW Batarians first appeared in Bring Down the Sky DLC.
In confirmed physical presence, yes. They are however mentioned in the Codex prior to BDtS.

I think you need your eyes checked.
Even with sealed helmets it is easy to see difference between Asari, Batarian and Human.

And yet every time they make it out into the Terminus Systems and set themselves up a little colony, they start rounding up slaves and subjecting them to horrors.I want to see some batarian dissidents. The batarian state is totalitarian, so it's not an unreasonable request to want to find some nice freedom loving batarians living in exile.
Almost as if repugnantly brutal slavery were considered an intrinsic element of their culture.

"WAR - HUH! - good God, y'all -
What is it good for?
Absolutely NOTHING - "
He plays it over and over until someone throws a shoe at his head (likely the Mad Prophet, Stan's arch nemesis). "Shut up, Stan!"
He starts to play another one.
"What the world
Needs now
Is love
Sweet love
It's the only thing - "
*Another shoe hits him in the face*
"Why can't we be friends
Why can we be friends
Why can't we be friends - "
*Shoe number three*
"All we are saying
Is give peace a chance - "
*Shoe number four, with an accompanying "Would you shut the f*ck UP, Stan!"*
"Let your love flow
Like a mountain stream
And let your love grow
With the smallest of dreams - "
Then Stan's guitar is taken and smashed, and he is beaten with its pieces for singing human music.
Yet Stan goes on, singing slurrily through a swollen lip and black and blue face:
"You say I'm just a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will live as one - "
Campaign to buy Stan the Singing Batarian a new guitar for ME3.

That analogy... so much fail. So much. But it was funny, it had leprechauns in it, and it could possibly give birth to a Batarians Are Leprechauns meme, so I'm going to go ahead and give it a stamp of approval.
Hoorah!
Yes I realize it's a bad analogy, but I do have a strict policy of not believing in things that have never been documented or witnessed personally. This includes (but is not limited to) leprechauns, pixies, unicorns, and healthy looking vegetarians.

I've had a thought recently about the "good" Batarians. Has anyone alive ever documented seeing a Leprachaun without the assistance of a foreign substance? No. So it's safe to assume they don't exist. Has anyone alive ever documented seeing a good Batarian? No. So it's safe to assume they don't exist. So if we go with the assumption that if no one has ever encountered something it doesn't exist, there are no good or innocent Batarians to worry about. So let's Edit the Batarians and make the galaxy a better place for everyone.
Your ideas are intriguing to me and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter.
