What burning questions do you have for the devs?

Mine are:

1) How is the Kodiak piloted, human pilot or VI? If human, why are they never seen or mentioned at any point?

2) Why do human or human dominated Terminus colonies like Anhur have populations in the hundreds of millions while human Citadel space colonies like Bekenstein or Eden Prime have populations in the millions?

3) Why are Sole Survivors never able to confront Cerberus members about the massacre on Akuze?
