Just wanted to let people know that the latest drivers from nvidia have some issues.  With my GTX 470, it wasn't running at it's full potential.

Core at 405 instead of 607
Shader at 810 instead of 1215
Memory ok at 1674

I went back to 258.96 and all is ok now.  So, if your GPU has the ability to raise and lower clocks based on load, make sure that it is working correctly with these drivers.  You can use MSI afterburner and watch your clocks and see if they are working correctly.
