My redeem code has two weird characters I can't figure how to type. One is a backward E, the other is a cross between a 8 and a &, with a wide bottom, and skinny top. Thanks for any help.

Just tried 3 and it didn't work, I've looked in the character map and found Ǝ, exactly as it appears on the paper. But i couldn't find the other weird symbol and I can't test out Ǝ since the other will be wrong, I've tried both 8 and & for the other symbol. Nothing has worked.
