I think the asari who have a more streamlined head look better - that's to say, when viewed from the front, the eye-level tentacles don't bulge out.





Liara and Samara/Morinth fit into this category. I find the asari with wider heads less attractive, from an aesthetic point of view. Same as I think the turians with longer head fringes look better than those with short, and the ones whose mandibles hide most of their teeth look nicer.

Maybe I've been in the ME universe too long if I've started to rate the aliens according to attractiveness, lol.

It's not a guy thing. I certainly don't find any aliens more attractive than humans, and actually find the asari unattractive. Maybe I just like hair too much.

If I would hazard a guess, I would say the reason some people are attracted to aliens over humans is the exotic angle.

That's all there is to it really... For example, the whole "mind melding" process is just a scenario ploy to make intercourse seem exotic as well and asari even more enticing. Since blue skin is non existent in humans, the male brain considers it a rare and thus desirable trait.

Asari are drop dead ugghllee. I don't understand the fascination, except that they have some mind control which might make everybody like them. They have nothin on human girls!
