I've encountered a bit of an issue with creature animations.

I first worked on a Tyranid model; the animations work well in Max, but they don't work at all in game.
Then I worked on a  horse wagon, works well in Max, but also not in game.

I recall not having this issue with other creature models. >_<

What could be the cause of this?

Don't you have any error message on exportation?

You could try a "Reset Controller" (Anim tools panel of NWMax). That fixed some (unknown to me) issues with some placeable anims I made. Might be worth a shot :P

Post the models, please? I don't know a huge amount about creature animations myself, but anyone who does will probably need to take a look to diagnose the issue. :-)

There was no error message.
I just made a copy/paste of the animations I made for another of my creatures that was working and now it works in-game as well, though I have to re-do all the animations. >_
That is for my Tyranid model.

The horse wagon's animations still don't (entirely) work in-game.
I'll try to post the model later. ^^

Is there an animation right before ckdbckdie?

As you can see on this video, there is a delay between the actual death and the ckdbckdie animation.

Aw, thanks. I forgot to make the KD animations, might be because of this.
