Someone added a pic of Isabella on the wikia page already, but I'm disappointed. She looks like a pudgy gypsy. Little tiny mouth, fat cheeks and a piercing below her lip. Looks a little too butch for me.
Different people like different things. Besides, given her Antivan nature, she's likely to play the same role as Zevran. In other words, she should be a middle--i can swing that way look

I understand that, but she doesn't really look like and quick, agile, graceful duelist. Does she?

Isabella!! so, Morrigan had a sixth sense about her to stop the warden at the pearl! hahaha I'll be most interest about her in Dragon age 2, since my warden is well away beyond the land and the fade with his (in a way) family. If this is actual gameplay from the game its going to be excellent, jumping and attacking and considering the voice overs the conversations are going to be really good after the fights.

So BioWare changes the art style and look to try and make the game stand out, only to have the whole thing look like the same generic gritty brown crap that everybody else is putting out these days. Wow... that's innovation and taking the genre and universe forward, that is.
All this proves is BioWare is even more and more on the slippery slope of mainstream pandering, dumbing down and making things generic and actio-packed.
Not impressed at all. All this does is make me doubt not only DA2, but the entire Dragon Age IP and BioWare as a whole even more.

Meh. I can't believe people are actually impressed by this.
What is impressive is the improvement in the graphics over the screenshots that we saw mere months ago.
Seeing how the graphics have improved over that time (albeit they might have been old stills), I can't wait to see the final product.

Few things I notice.
Please improve in-game background texture, those stone pillars/floors and some skin texture looks too smooth and unrealistic, same thing goes for in-game lighting/shadow, they look kind of non-existence in some part of the trailer.
Also just a thought, Star Wars: Knight of the Old Republic has better skyline/horizon view than the trailer.

Those are Darkspawn. They retooled them to not look like orcs
A fair decision. Darkspawn in DA:O were *way* too reminiscent of the Orcs in LotR, both in appearance *and* lore. The Darkspawn in DA2 look much more 'wrong' and unnatural - as they should be!
Regardless, the trailer did nothing to calm down my excitement for the game

I loved the video. I'm alittle concerned, was all of that actual game play or cinematics? Did our little circles disappear?
Hawk fighting Templars...wow.
I can't believe they changed Isabella's look and that's her from The Pearl.
I guess I'll be one of the few who liked Cassandra's new hair color. Flemeth was awesome the few seconds we saw her. That crossbow action was sweet. Was that an armored dragon or did my eyes play tricks on me?
I personally liked the looks of the buildings in kirkwall and thought it looked better than DAO. I liked the graphics in DAO and didn't think they were that bad since I'm a pc player.
I'd still like to know the love interest for female Hawkette or do we get a male verison of Isabella?
