 So I just bought my Ultimate Edition and to my dismay when I enter the code to register my game it tells me the code is not valid.

I just tried talking to a tech support guy via EA live chat and he walked me through every step and I was still getting the error message. He said he couldn't do anything but I'd receive an email from the senior department in 24-48hrs.

Would you mind posting some of the torubleshooting methods he walked you through?

He basically told me to check if I entered the right code. Then he told me to make sure I was logged into this website, go to promo code and enter in the code. He made sure the code wasn't used by someone else and it wasn't. The error message I'd get was "Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly." Now I'm waiting on an email back, fun.

When I type my code in the register game screen, a small box with red text reads "Code is not valid." I'm typing it correctly, and I'm positive nobody else used my code considering I watched the guy pull it out of the box.



I'm curious why we have different error messages.

Oh, I bought my game off their site as a digital download, but I received the "Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly." when I tried activating it through the promo code. I also tried activating it under Register game under both Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age: Awakening and I received the same message you had "Code is not valid."

Fixed! They just added the "Dragon Age: Ultimate Collection" under register game today, they did not have that yesterday so that's why it wasn't accepting the code. I kept trying the original and expansion and that's why it wouldn't work. I typed in the code and it worked like a charm!

Yep. They definitely just added that within the hour, it was not there before.

Yes, this was mentioned in the Ultimate Edition topic on News and Announcements for Dragon Age. Hopefully there are no more problems.

I am using the Ultimate Edition register and I'm getting the code is not valid for game....any help?

I also bought the DAO ultimate edition and i activated the game but not the dlc's i think and it still says unauthorized on my dlc's ... anyone who can help me?

Says invalid upc, yet i bought this NEW unopened today. I registered ME2 back in January without any problems at all. I purchased Dragon Age Origins Ultimate edition for xbox 360.. Brand New.

I am also having trouble registering my dragon age ultimate edition cd key. I tried entering it in the ultimate edition pc section but i keep getting invalid code. I got this game in retail and unopened.

I have it registered fine - it is just that when I went to put in the promo code- I cannot find it. Anyone know where it is?

Strange. It still doesn't work for me.
It says: "This code is not valid for this game".
Oh and I can't link my Gamertag to this account.

I have the same problem, just bought it yesterday, a new unopened, so there's no way that the code been used before. I went to the game, online, linked it with my PSN id, but when put the redeem code in, it says the code is invalid. looks like this is common problem?

if you want to register your game in this web you must to have dragon age ultimate edition for pc if you have the the version for ps3 or xbox you don't need to register the game, if you have the ps3 version try this steps to get the dlc for free = in your ps3 go to settings then go to network settings ,go to media server connection and put it disable,put the game in your ps3 go to games and look for dlc,i don't speak inglish so try to understand ,,enjoy the game,
