I also can't register my game and I just picked it up today for the 360. I take it this hasn't been resolved yet....

I couldn't register mine either at first. Try scrolling down to find Dragon Age in black after Awakenings registration. You should see Dragon Age Ultimate there in black.

Same problem here. I made sure that I'm registering in Ultimate Edition for 360, and it still isn't working.

Same problem. A completely brand new, still-wrapped copy of Ultimate Edition. The DLC registered fine on the promo code page, following the instructions on the slip in the case. However, when I went to register a game under my profile, then scrolled down to Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition for PC, then put in the five-section code it asks for, the same one I put into the installer (it worked there), the EA site says, "Code is not valid for game."

The installer is going on its merry way, but it implied that failure to register would prevent UE's extended content from functioning. I already owned the Collector's Edition and bought this to get Awakening and all of the DLC. Obviously, I'm going to be more than a little peeved if I spent fifty bucks for nothing just because EA doesn't have its own act together.

Anyone else miss the days when registering this stuff was completely optional?  Much less having to prove that you have a legitimate copy three different ways before you can even play it ...  But I suppose it's better than the spyware certain other games have used.

EDIT:

Pah, after all that, I clicked Submit one more time, and miracle upon miracles, it went through.  Nothing was changed, nothing was altered.  It was exactly identical to the last THREE times I tried to submit it.  Then, spontaneously, it went through.

That sounds odd. The UPC/bar code on my copy of Origins only has twelve numbers and no symbols. I thought that was the standard for UPC/bar codes. If  I'm right,(not saying I definitely am) y'all are entering the wrong code. I'll be getting the UE in about a week, I'll have to wait and see then. Hopefully I'll be able to figure this out.

I don't think we're entering the wrong one...after all, I was able to register my copy of DA2 just fine, so I definitely know where the code is located on the box. I don't understand how the code printed there can't be working. Really wanted to register my Ultimate Edition:(
Btw, I don't think the ">" at the end has anything to do with it. My DA Ultimate Edition has it, too, but so does my DA2 Signature Edition. The number of digits (13) seems to be correct as well. This is so weird...

Also had problems until I entered the little numbers before and after the regular ones. Didn't have to use the little ones for Mass Effect 2...

Guys,

I would bet that every single person here is having the EXACT same problem.

Look at your UPC code -- to the far left and far right of the large font numbers -- there will be a number on each side in very SMALL font. You must also include these numbers!

Try it, and I bet it will work.

I'm having the same issue. I tried googling it, but didn't find anything. Where the second small number should be, there is an > symbol.. weird :/

This worked for me just now, after you register your PC Ultimate Edition go into the game and click on Downloadable Content. You should be under the "Available Content" tab. At the bottom of the list you'll see a button that says "Redeem Code," click on that! It should open up a new web browser window to log in, if you haven't already. The window for "Promo Code" is there..

That's the window where you enter your ####-####-####-#### code (The DLC CD-Key).

Oh, after the code is accepted I restarted the game and then all the content was unlocked.

Mind you this is the Steam version i'm talking about. Hope this helps..

Thanks for posting that ViPeROuS. Here's the section for PC users: http://social.biowar...tegory/58/index

To register your XBOX 360 version of Dragon Age Origins, Dragon Age Awakening or Dragon Age Ultimate Edition, you must take all 12 digits of the UPC code (the small numbers at the beginning and end of the barcode area and the numbers between) and input them in the box for the correct version you are registering.

It seems that no matter how I enter my steam CD key, with or without the dashes, I keep getting the message "Code is not valid for game", and when I enter the dlc key I get the message "No response received from remote server... please check your Registered Game Promotions page to confirm if your promotion has been registered" but when I check there is no registered content unlocked anyone know how to fix this?

I even tried restarting my computer and I still can't register the game. I spent $30 on this game and I expect to be able to use the DLC.
