Hey for the guys that downloaded from EA store. I think I found how to fix the "unauthorized" problem.
(Windows 7)
1. Find your addins.xml file. Mine was located at [ C:\\\\\\\\ Users \\\\ (your name or user) \\\\ MyDocuments\\\\ Bioware \\\\ Dragon Age \\\\ Settings ]
2. Use "Word pad" to open the the xml file
3. Then change every RequiredAuthorization = "1" to RequiredAuthorization = "0"
(I used ctrl-f to search for every RequiredAuthorization)
Hope this helps!! :-)
I've win 7 64bit and my DAUE was downloaded by ea store and i solved the problem i the way suggested above.
Thank you very much ^^
Bye bye!

My game time is short, I am just going to play, I presume I can access dlc in game while not being logged in? I hope so.

I also purchsed the UE from the EA store and have the exact same problem so it must be on EAs end. Lets hope they fix it soon.
I'm pretty sure it's on EA's end. I have the Collector's Edition and have played it with no trouble at all until today when I too got the "Unauthorized content" message.

I reinstalled and now all the dlc content is gone none in downloading, downloaded, or avaliable for download.... So I guess we wait for EA?
You have to manually reinstall it, I had the same thing happen after I followed an EA Live Chat persons instructions. http://support.ea.co...anual uninstall
This will get you back to how you were before, the unauthorized state. From there it's just a waiting game for EA I guess

If you did receive this (whether purchased from EA Store, steam, other, or retail) but are having problems with unauthorized dlc - please follow the steps in this thread:

EDIT: I FOUND IT! You were right, this was tricky. I had to look at my second email to find it with the digital rights in it. I was using gmail and I noticed a 2nd email attached with the digital rights code with it. I entered it in and I have all the digital content authorized now! I bought the game as a digital download from the EA store as well.

I got an answer from EA support. Kinda makes me want to go there and shake them up a little:
" - Shut down Dragon Age: Origins
- In Windows, press the 'Start' button and select 'Run'
- In the command line type 'net stop DAUpdaterSvc'
- Navigate to 'My Documents\\\\BioWare\\\\Dragon Age\\\\Settings' and
delete 'Manifest.xml' and 'Offers.xml'and 'addins.xml'
- Navigate to 'My Documents\\\\bioware\\\\Dragon Age' and delete the
'Offers' folder
- Navigate to 'C:\\\\Documents and Settings\\\\All Users\\\\Application
Data\\\\BioWare\\\\Dragon Age\\\\' and delete the 'DAUpdater' folder
- Navigate to 'C:\\\\My Documents\\\\bioware\\\\Dragon Age\\\\' and delete
the 'AddIns' folder
- In the command line type 'net start DAUpdaterSvc'
- Restart Dragon Age: Origins and log in
For Windows Vista/Windows 7 - C:\\Users\\All Users\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\
- Navigate to 'C:\\My Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\' and delete the
'AddIns' folder
- In the command line type 'net start DAUpdaterSvc'
- Restart Dragon Age: origins and log in "
I don't get the feeling they take the problem seriously.
So, did anyone else get something? I checked my e-mails again and again, checked my order at the online store as well. But still no key.

i only have one mail from orders-eastore and still only has the registrarion code nothing about bonus content
might be that the mail sent was from the swiss ea branch
by the way, i received a new message from them and once again they offer a bull**** solution like downloading the latest patch for the game

I also recieved my mail from the swiss EA. It's in Dutch and I just contacted them. Maybe they will answer more accurate. Maybe you should contact the support section from your country?

So... we should had received two emails? One of them containing the codes to get the DLC? I've just received one and there's only the code to register the Ultimate Edition (which I have done).Striveck wrote...
If you're using Gmail then it's extremely easy to miss. In your second email from the EA store that contains the Digital Rights key to activiate you game, there is another tab aboveorders-eastore@ea.com that also reads
orders-eastore@ea.com. If you click the top one, another email opens up containing your Bonus Content code.
Thank you jhoang3 for showing me this, I would have never of seen it.
