I understand it is all of us european EA store customers that have this problem. I have just sent them another email about it.

Ok, hilarious... I just spoke to EA Spain and they say it is a Windows 64 bit problem, while I have Vista 32 bits. Jeez, this can take a while.

Woah, really? You mean they are redeeming the DLC into your bioware account for you? Is that happens and works, please tell us exactly how you explained the situation to them!

Ok, i got everything authorized manually by the EA Staff :-) well, not everything, as i wasn't at home i didn't remember all of the DLCs so i couldn't check if they left something or not... aparently they left to authorize me Blighblood and WitchCraft.

I contacted them again via message with the chat attached, hope they can do it soon.

For people not getting the code just go to http://support.ea.com/chat and keep insisting (without being rude) that here in europe people who bought the Ultimate Edition didn't get the code to redeem the bonus DLC content so make them give you one or ask them if they can add the stuff manually

Exactly the same happened to me. After I read your post saying they were manually redeeming it for us I contacted the live chat and got them to do the same. Just explain the situation clearly and mention this thread. Like you, blightblood and witchcraft are unauthorised still, unlike the rest. More especifically witchcraft (awakening), witchcraft (origins) and blightblood (awakening) - blightblood (origins) is fine. I contacted the live chat again and after he re-entitled me with the DLC associated with blightblood and witchcraft (witch hunt and darkspawn chronicles) it would still not show up under my user entitlements page and obviously not as authorised in-game either, even though he claimed it showed up as redeemed in their database. In the end the issue was escalated (aka sent as a mail question to EA).

I also had to do the following to have the DLC appear as authorised in-game even after they were manually redeemed by EA for me. It's from another thread about DLC problems:

5)  DLC is unauthorized and the game won’t let me load my saves.

As long as you play logged in the game tries to connect to the server to verify your rights to the content. It cannot do that without the Dragon Age Origins Content Updater service    It is supposed to start when the game launches, but there is a timing issue where it does not always get fully started before the game tries to check with the server. (Hopefully at least mostly resolved with Patch 1.03)

First try and manually start the service just to make sure that it will run properly :

1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER
2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.
3.) Right click it and select START

So, I wonder what's up with these 3 pieces of dlc? I wonder if the problem lies on biowares side this time? Like their representative said in the live chat, they appear as redeemed in their database. Why not in our bioware profile and consequently as authorised in-game?

we'll have to wait for a solution for those DLC but at least we can play since those 2 (4 really) DLCs aren't that important

My problem is that when looking in services.msc, my copy of 'Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update' is missing - so I guess there is no chance of it running, checking and authenticating my DLC.

I've contacted the EA Store folks so they should be aware of this. Please continue to post here if you are still not getting this resolved.

I'm from Brazil and I also did not receive the DLC promo code. I only received one e-mail from webhelp.v4@digitalriver.com with the serial only, no 16 digit promo code =(

What should we do in this case??

If you're using Gmail then it's extremely easy to miss.  In your second email from the EA store that contains the Digital Rights key to activiate you game, there is another tab aboveImage IPB   orders-eastore@ea.com   that also reads Image IPBorders-eastore@ea.com.  If you click the top one, another email opens up containing your Bonus Content code.

Thank you jhoang3  for showing me this, I would have never of seen it.

So... we should had received two emails? One of them containing the codes to get the DLC? I've just received one and there's only the code to register the Ultimate Edition (which I have done).

Sorry I should of been clearer.  I received two emails, the first for Pre-ordering the game, and the 2nd the day the game was released with the Digital Rights code.  I could never find the Bonus Content code until jhoang3 pointed out there was a 2nd tab on the email with the code.

Check out the thread I took that from. There's something about your situation a little below the bit I copied. Here it is: http://social.biowar...58/index/759141

Thank a lot, but what about the detail of people who already had it redeemed manually by EA having problems with witchcraft (awakening), witchcraft (origins) and blightblood (awakening)? It's not a "unauthorized problem", I had to solve one of those even after the redeeming and it solved every dlc except those 3. Like I said above, EAs database says we have it redeemed, but it doesn't appear on our bioware entitlement page and therefor not in-game as authorized.

Edit:

What me and neonism did was contact the EA live chat (http://support.ea.co...ivechat_landing), explain the situation and ask them to activate our DLC. Although you'll probably end up with the 3 dlc pieces I mentioned above still missing from your bioware entitlements page and still unauthorized in-game.

well.. I received another random answer on my mail to support at ea.com.

Even though I specifically told them there was nothing I could do as long as my entitlement list was empty on http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php they gave me this answer:

Thank you for writing to back to Electronic Arts customer support.

I apologize for any inconvenience cause thus far.
When I checked your account and found that DLC's are already linked to your account. If you have redeemed your Dragon Age: Origins pre-order code for DLC, but the DLC is still not available in-game, please follow the troubleshooting steps below in order to solve the issue:

Step 1: Make sure you are logged in with the same EA Account you used to redeem the DLC code.

- Try logging out and logging back in.
- To log out from the game menu, select Downloadable Content.
- Select the 'Logged In' option.
- Select 'Log Out' on the next page.

Step 2: If contents are not available after following Step 1, try re-starting the game by closing the game completely, then launching it again.

Step 3: If after following Steps 1 and 2, your Downloads page is still blank, you will need to start the Dragon Age Update Service manually.

You can find instructions on how to do this at the following link:
http://help.dragonag...p?p_faqid=23666

If you still have problem, please reply back the name of the DLC that has problem.

If there is anything else we can help you with please let us know.

I'm still waiting for an answer from support at ea.nl so I'm hoping they do understand the problem.

I'm having exactly the same problem as everyone else : DLC are all unauthorized.

Bought the game from EAstore (I live in France), received an email with the CD key but nothing else. Tried all kind of things seen on this forum but none worked. Waiting for an official answer...

Please try to contact EA Store again - they should now have the full info for this.

If you still do not have this resolved after 24h then please PM me - ensure you have registered your Ultimate Edition here on social first, and I'll try to get this resolved from our end.
