People seem to be changing hair colours often... I recall seeing a shot of momma hawke where she had grey hair, but in the most recent trailer and the picture with Flemeth, she appears to have black hair.

Thats exactly what I thought when I saw her white hair.

I vastly preferred her with dark black hair slicked back like the concept art:

Yup, i quite adore the short haircuts but this is one case where the original feels better.
The devs said hair colours, styles and such are all subject to change though, so maybe it ends up different

Edit: And it appears the in game version is missing the sort of armor that goes up her neck you see in the concept art too.

Unfortunately this lady is taken. Not sure who did this fan art or concept,. However, as stated before, this is Evil Lyn from the Masters of the Universe series. I thought immediately of her when I saw the "new" Cassandra.
