Hi, everyone!
I have been playing Dragon Age Origins for some time now and would like to (1.) Install some mods and (2.) some cheat codes.
I know, I know! I have Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit and try as i may I can not find C:\\Games\\Dragon Age\\bin_ship\\daorigins.exe in my folders anywhere. So, I cannot add
"C:\\Games\\Dragon Age\\bin_ship\\daorigins.exe" -enabledeveloperconsole.
Secondly, I have a lot of trouble trying to add mods too. I do not understand, even though I have read the installation instructions, where to put the DAO-Modmanager zip files? I am really new at this and I was hoping I could find someone willing to walk me throught it. Any help would be most appreciative. Thank you.
Jallard
I could use some help, please?

daorigins.exe will be present in the bin_ship folder of the DA:O installation. You have to know where it is installed - assuming you installed it. If you don't remember setting a path, try looking in the Program Files folder - C:\\Program Files\\Dragon Age\\bin_ship.
Don't know about the Modmanager but most mods refer to you My Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age folder. Either they ask you to put the entire mod folder there (which would go under the addins folder) or they ask you to place something in packages\\core\\override.

Unfortunately there isn't one in the bin_ship folder. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game three times today and it never seems to show up. So, I don't unserstand why? I do the quick install and it puts the files in my C:\\Program Files. What a drag?!? Thanks though for assist!

I have an Icon, but it won't allow me to enter the console code,
"C:\\Games\\Dragon Age\\bin_ship\\daorigins.exe" -enabledeveloperconsole. The only others are "MCE?!?"

I finally got it to work. Now, if only I could access the console in game?!? I understand that it many not appear, however, when I use Shift +~ and start typing it doesn't work. I am at my wits end with this. Thanks.
