A hearty congratulations to the winners of the contest, and to all the entrants! This was an interesting and entertaining experience for me, as I got to see how folks would wedge that title into a module. I was quite impressed on a number of levels with each and every module. One of the strong points in quite a few was the dialog, which often can be hard to nail. Nice job!
It was very cool to see newcomers to NWN, and how their modules were constructed, as well as more seasoned toolsetters.
Good luck to all entrants, as they (I hope) continue to develop for my favorite game!

Regards,
JFK

@Tyndrel You didn't cheat or if you did, I'm just as bad as you because I followed Michael Moorcock's example (One of his elder gods is called 'Qwll' IIRC) and just called mine DRM.

OK the modules are on the vault minus the screenies. Gave me a fright until I downloaded the rar containing them. 8 admittedly short modules compress much smaller than I expected.

Yep it is a nice small package. It would be about 10 times bigger with the screenshots.

As it is considered bad form (at least) to vote for your own module I have a problem. Apart from leaving comments, is there no way to show my appreciation of the quality of the other seven winners on the vault?

Sure is, Tarot. Just vote for the package, and post a comment explaining why you've voted. This is what I did, following the classy examples of others like _six and Estelindis, with the CCC packages you may have seen on the Vault.
Your vote represents your feelings about all the modules in the package, and not simply a vote for your own, so it's not bad form at all. :)

My advice is to vote away.

JFK

What Frith5 said... Vote away! No problem or bad form with supporting everyone's submission.

I'd like to thank Tarot for pointing out that in my readme file I short-changed the module making community by some 4598 modules! I stated that there were 1119 mods to download from the vault, this is the number in the top modules list, rather than the total number of modules, Doh!  Whilst attempting to blow the community trumpet for all our new friends from GOG it would appear I have choked on it instead :o:sick:

The figure should read 5717!

Thanks Tarot :)

I only knew that number because I checked it before I posted my one and only (so far) comment on the gog forums. So don't feel too bad about it Tyndrel. While counting I discovered that instead of the 20 entries that I thought was on each page on the vault, the true number is actually 25. So I almost short-changed the community myself.

Ok folks. I have passed on the email addresses to the GOG folks. If you have not heard from them by Thursday, please send me a PM.

Yeah, totally missed this contest. :(

This is a very clever idea. Great to see GoG.com not just selling NWN but actively getting people excited about it.

Long live NWN!

Just to put a nice cap on the ending of this, thank you once again from all the judges. I don't know how much I will check this thread in the future so if you need to contact me, send me a pm. :)

I finally managed to have enough free time this weekend to play through all the modules and post my comments. Congratulations again to the winners and I hope you all learned something you can apply to future creations.

My humble contribution to this contest is avaliable on the vault now also.

As I mentioned it was really fast work. Only took me 2 hours..inculding the screenshots and getting it uploaded...so don't expect something that it isn't.

It was fun doing it though and hopefully it can produce a laugh or two while playing it.

Superfly, the contest ended more than a month ago. It was posted right in the title of the thread. :/

We both know that it ended some time ago.

However...as my contribution was not in the top 5 and hence not made visible...the question has come up that I post up my contribution on the vault and so I did...

Just to clear that up...
