I bought DA a few days ago and got a code for Shale and Blood dragon armor. I have entered both codes and downloaded them but I cannot find them ingame. When I look in my party options I don't see shale and when I go into my inventory I don't see the blood dragon armor.
Someone help? please

it says purchased and I downloaded it and it didnt give wrong/expired error

The codes did not expire. Don't listen to that idiocy.
Without spoiling too much, Shale is obtained through a quest series. The character doesn't automatically appear once downloaded. A new location (gold colored) should have appeared on your world map in game. Once you travel there, you'll be introduced to the quest and given a second location to travel on your map. Shale can be found by going there.
The blood dragon armor should simply appear in your character's inventory. Obviously, it would be under the armor section...probably at the very bottom. If this isn't the case, try creating a new character (just for testing's sake) and skip through to the first time you are able to control him/her. Check their inventory. If it's there then maybe only new characters start with the armor (although I think I am wrong on that) but if it's not there then you know for sure that something went wrong with the download and you might want to try again.
