for all editions i want no more of that pre order at where ever get a free armor crap again and please dont do the dr pepper promotion again that was a nightmare. but back to collectors edition all i ask for is an epic game with behind the scenes making documentary of the mass effect trilogy and a art book of all 3 games

That would be sweet. I would love to see them include a scale 24" replica of the SR-2, even if did cost $150 (Think Halo: Reach Legendary Edition with the 'Noble Six' Statuette) I would probably mount it on the wall behind my desk or on top of my desktop pc.

Quite a few people have requested an N7 helmet replica for the collector's edition. Maybe BioWare will use it to hold all the contents. It's a thought.

If the collector's edition costs $150 that would be reasonable as long as it contained a lot of extras. I still think the first two games should also be included along with all the respective DLC.

That would be later IMO only one company AFAIK has released a complete series set and that's Rockstar with GTA The Trillogy. A ME 3 COllectors edition would be sweet if it contained an exlusive mission, Model of both the SR1 and SR2 and orriginal soundtrack.

It comes with free DLC that allows you to use Garrus and TAli as Silent Squad Members instead of just Camoe's!

I want a Mass Effect 3 Collector's Edition that is on par with this. Only game I ever paid $130 for. Worth more then the Legendary edition for Halo Reach yet we get more stuff....come on a statue/bust and PAPERCRAFT!

Definitely some type of armor or weapon replica and some DLC content. Probably some type of in game armor or weapon content. I would actually be interested in looking at how the mass effect franchise was made and how it worked its way from its humble beginings in mass effect 1. Recently bioware made it so people that pre-ordered dragon age 2 upgraded it to the higher edition. There should be some type of bonus for people that pre-order the ulitimate edition immeditely. A music sound track so if i feel the need to listen to epic music it is available. Some type of artwork or maybe including the comics with it. Dog tags would be cool, but probably more appropriate in the mass effect 2 collectors edition. It would be awsome to have N7 armor that could be worn, but realistically that would be too expensive and impracticle for shipping. Figurines are always a thought, but are not necessary. On a side note I would like for there to be an option in the screen where if i feel like it i can watch the trailer again. This will be the first collectors/unlitmate (or what ever highest edition available) I have ever bought. I considered it for Mass effect 2, but was not certain. If I had know the game was this good I probably would have changed my mind.

I was thinking of this when I started this thread.  Somethimg similar to the Witcher 2 collector edition would be cool indeed.

I wouldn't mind if they included an N7 themed controller with that distinct carbon fiber texture and red stripe printed on it, but I haven't seen them do that with PS3 controllers too much, so that may not necessarily be a great option (you see them do it a lot with XBox controllers). If DC Direct wasn't so completely ridiculous (I preordered my Shepard figure over a year ago), a limited edition Commander Shepard in ME1 Heavy Colossus Armor would be awesome. Speaking of, if they wanted to include some really sweet DLC, I would really go for Colossus and Predator themed N7 armor pieces for use in ME3.

 I think an excellent collectors edition item would be a miniture asari pole dancing statue with a button to push for the afterlife music, or a shepherd bobble head...

  I understand that you want it, but I hope you understand, it's never going to happen.  If building an ultimate collector's edition for ME 3, which if approaching that $150 range is clearly aimed at the hardcore fans of the series, why on earth would they include the first 2 games?  The vast majority of people interested in forking out that much cash for a ME 3 CE are going to have the first 2 games, and the majority of them will likely own all DLC, how is it at all a good idea for Bioware to charge loyal fans an extra 40, 50, whatever dollars for a CE with stuff they all already own?

  It's also impossible to offer an equal CE on all platforms if you offer the first two games in it.  ME 1 cannot and will not ever be available for PS3 because Mircrosoft owns the publishing rights.  So what do you do for the PS3 gamers, give them an inferior edition at a lower price?  How much lower.  Give them something nobody else get's to counter the inclusion of ME 1 in the other editions?  Yeah, that whole mess won't start a riot much or a pissed off fanboy flame war the likes of which these forums have never seen.
