In game, I'm going to say Reaper armor and/or Geth armor.
An exclusive squad mate...exclusive like the collector armor from the ME2 CE.
Maybe some bonus guns or a new skin for the Normandy.

Give me my scale model Reaper and Normandy, 24inches of Harbinger with a smaller S2-2 that can be mounted on a transparent pole to look like its having its way with Harbinger...
I'm sure whatever they do it will be awesomesome... yes so awesome it deserves two 'somes'
NO MODELS!!! How much useless crap do people need? I'm guessing you'll go about thirty seconds before you stop caring about the piece of junk that you just paid $80 extra for. In game items, ok. Something useful like a controller, sure. Over-priced trinkets? No thank you.

I NEED ALL THE USELESS MASS EFFECT CRAP I CAN GET MY HANDS ON! THANK YOU.
btw i prefer something physical besides awesome dlc. i think what ever bioware does, DLC or Real, i will be happy.
Even if the extra stuff is a model or statue, would you at least buy it to show you love for the best sci-fi series ever?

Review of collectors addition crap:
- Artwork book: While a great idea, with everything down to great detail, but people can DOWNLOAD THIS FROM THE NET. Or, at the very least, similar work, thus making this, kinda worthless.
- CD of the Making of this game: Again, great idea, but being as it is digital, we can download this, hackers are Aholes that make the net great.
- Plastic Helmet: Maybe it was a great idea for Halo, but if you give me an unrealistic scale helmet to a scale model of the original Normandy, I simply will refuse to purchase a collectors addition. (Note: I said I would not, as in I'm not going to naturally assume everyone is behind me on the silly plastic helmet you can't wear. )
- Music CD: Again... Internet... Thingy we use to grab bits of information, it's not that hard to grab music from ME, especially since 90% of it is on Youtube.
If I missed anything, I'll let you know, but you get the gist of it. We need something more tangible, and a ship model is a cool idea.

idk... A scale model of the original Normandy does seem really sweet. Not to be a troll though, I actually like that idea. It's the one thing we could get from a collectors addition that we wouldn't normally get through other means.

First of all, Bioware, it is great to see so many dev posts on the forums again. Thanks for that!
Now to the issue at hand: I still vote for the Normandy mdel ship (it would have to be the SR2 I assume, although I just LVOED the SR1).
I also want to say that I am prepared to spend a lot of money on the last game and therefore support the uber collectors (or make that reper) edition. I for one definitely would like to see dome real world extra (like the model), not only digital content.
Cheers.

In the collectors edition of course. The ones that usually run like $150.
They could be "MLG" controllers with blue and orange back lit buttons, the thumbsticks could have adjustable sensitivity, etc etc
As for the mouse(for PC players), same idea. The mouse could be stylized like ME3. The entire thing could be back lit with adjustable colors(have a switch for blue or orange).
I think that'd be cool. And it'd be something EVERYONE who gets the game can use. On top of that, people could buy the Collectors Edition and not have to worry about buying a controller elsewhere.
EDIT-
On top of that, how about letting us get DLC's for free(or at least, let us prepay a certain amount{like 10-15 dollars} to get every future DLC for free)?
How about extra in-game armors? Extra weapons(we are in dire need of more weapons. I'm sorry, but 2 of each in the base game is not enough. We need 6-7 of each weapon type and they need to be equally as good as each other, not being upgrades of another gun)?
How about extra characters? An extra part of the game? The ability to use both the Mako and Featherhead(you know, the Hammerhead)?
New powers for all classes? An extra power/ability for a class(for example, instead of picking one bonus power, you can pick two)?
The full soundtrack, including tracks not featured in the released soundtracks(that hit iTunes and Amazon)?
Avatar Items(for the 360)? Backgrounds(for the 360, PC, and PS3)?
All the developers' home addresses(I want to give them all a hug)?
etc etc etc etc etc

Collector's Edition
- The full Mass Effect 3 video game in a hardbook steelcover. However, to make things interesting, there will be two covers, front and back with different artwork. The front will be known as the Paragon cover and it will be represented with a blue color scheme; it should have Alliance ships, Alliance logo, The Destiny Ascension, Hackett, Anderson, etc. The back cover will be the Renegade cover, however this time, it will have a red color scheme with imagery consisting of; Cerberus logo, The Illusive Man, The Collector Base, etc. Each cover will have the main canon Shepard, but appropiate for the theme like the red scars appearing only for the Renegade Shepard cover. A great example of this steelbook artistry would be the Halo Wars Collector's Edition featured below:
http://t3.gstatic.co...3AcOkL4V7og&t=1
- An in-depth artbook/codex manual. It can include background info and concept artwork of the various characters, locations, and environments encountered during the game.
- A "Making of" Documentary DVD that explains the creation and design of Mass Effect 3 and the trilogy. Include developer commentary, bloopers, etc. Have it be a reasonable length this time and make it more personal. Let us finally see what really goes on in the HQ of Bioware Edmonton.
- An exclusive DLC armor/weapon set. But please, let it be exclusive this time.<_<
- A download code for the soundtrack of Mass Effect 3 by Clint Mansell. Nuff' said
- A small keychain/trinket/accessory/dogtag that has the N7 logo.
Possible Price for the Collector's Edition? - Considering the soundtrack is included, I am guessing about a suggested retail price of $79.99.

"Uber" Edition aka The N7/Reaper Edition
I am under a dilemna regarding what could be included in the Uber edition of Mass Effect 3, so for this sake alone, I will detail two ideas that can be considered uber enough. Here we go.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Option A: The N7 Edition
- The model of the Normandy SR2. The exact size may vary, but I am looking at a respectable size that can fit comfortably in a typical office desk. It would be appropiate if it were on some sort of display platform or stand so that it can be protected from damage and wear. It would be nice to have interactable lights and such, but I would rather prefer great build craftsmanship at this point. Focus on good build quality and material. Finally, have it individually numbered. It will ultimately add value to the ship model and product as a whole.
An example would be this: www.airplanemodelworks.com/images/medium/starship-voyager-model-spacecraft_m.jpg , but in a horizontal fashion instead.
- An exclusive armor/weapon set. It could be a Spectre gear set.
- A small lithograph depicting the Normandy SR2 or other related artwork.
- A mass effect themed USB flash drive.
- The entirety of the Collector's Edition and ALL of its contents.
- All enclosed in a sturdy and tough container/box that is Mass Effect themed. Take a design of one of the crates from Mass Effect with numbers and letters around it to make it look presentable.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Option B: The Reaper Edition
- The exact replica/model of a Reaper in a vertical alignment. Must be extremely detailed. Located on a stand similar to this: farm3.static.flickr.com/2496/4089939507_af591876a4.jpg. Much like the Normandy SR2, it can have buttons that activate lights or even a sinister voice of Harbinger with quotes from him upon pressing a button. Must be individually numbered as well.
- An exclusive armor/weapon set. Similar to the Collector's armor and weapon set in Mass Effect 2, we can have a Reaper themed version for this edition.
- A small lithograph depicting the arrival of the Reapers and the near destruction of Earth.
- A Reaper themed USB Flash drive.
- The entirety of the Collector's Edition and ALL of its contents.
- All enclosed in a Reaper "artifact" themed container. Take for example the design of Object Rho and apply its color scheme and texture design to the container or box. Would be sweet.
Possible Price for the Uber Edition? - I would estimate a reasonable suggested price range of $149.99 - $199.99. This IS the last installment of the Mass Effect trilogy; might as well go out with a bang.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thanks for taking the time to read this post. If you have any suggestions for my proposed SKUs, let me know
