I mean I have two Male Shepards and im going to make a female one when I
get ME1. I just think that it makes more sense to have a Maleshep as
Renegade because I can honesty say that I cannot imagine a Renegade
Femshep...not trying to offend anyone

-Full 3 disk version of Mass Effect 3  (1 BD for PS3)
-Full 90 min DVD "making-of Mass Effect 3" featurette
-Collectible 20 page 8 1/2" x 11" hardcover art book
-Male Shepard pewter statuette
-Exclusive Savior's Edition DLC, consisting of:
   -Survivor's Armor (one-time +100 health when health drops below 25% [Squad must be down], +3 Medi-gel, +75% storm speed under 25% health)
   -M -111 Resiliance Pistol (20/300 heat clip/inventory limit, when out of heat clips, reverts to a timed cooling system akin to ME1 of 3 shots/5 sec cooling)
   -Automatic +1 Medigel when picking up an enemy's dropped weapon

I forsee 2 probems: the male Sheppard statue and the price...All that for only 100$? Bioware isnt crazy. I coud see around 150 or maybe even 120, but 99 isnt realistic...and then the whoe Femshep/Maleshep argument...

Paragon 87 that is an excellent idea. They should definitly include a shadow broker network dlc for the uber edition of mass effect 3.

I'm just going to buy the most expensive edition of Mass Effect 3 to prove my love for it!

I didn't buy ME1 and 2 when they came out, so the collectors editions were all ready sold out. :S

A big NO NO.
On the whole "model, statue" -scale they should go for something universal that all players can identify with - The Normandy, Shepard's dog tags and so on.

Personally I don't like statues or similar things as "collectibles". I like nice storable things .. Art .. Music ... Behind the Scene footage (incl. some comedy effect things like Harbinger commenting on its "role" in Mass Effect etc.) ... some nice poster or so. Dog tags or so might still be nice.

And some nice in-game items (as long as I can remove the helmet) as well ... they don't need to be all useful and can also be some "social" stuff type thing ...

Yes, I agree. The collectibles should be something all players can identify with. BioWare can release statuettes of MaleShep and whichever characters they want as individual items, but not along with the game.

It might be just me, but I get tired of seeing "making of" features as part of collector's editions. Most of them are released online anyway, and I'm just not that bothered about seeing them. I'd rather have an addition to the game that I can actually enjoy playing, or something to display in my home.

Someone mentioned a USB thumbdrive...I like that. How about one shaped like a reaper or the normandy? You could include the digital soundtrack on it, along with wallpapers, trailers, videos, etc.

Mini statue of the normandy or a reaper for your desk would be cool too.

RIFT included one in their Collector's Edition but there was something concerning regulations within the EU and it was never packaged with the boxset. I'm still waiting on receiving mine in the mail. I'm not sure if it was just a problem with theirs or if it's an overall concern though.

Ah, MaleShep figuerine isn't popular. I remember the old Command & Conquer special editions included a GDI or NOD soldier pewter figuerine and it was awesome. I still have that stuff.

But, I'm all for the replica Normandy. And I intended the Shadow Broker Network DLC to be exactly like the Cerberus Network for ME2.

With the Uber Edition I'd like to see a hardback "Codex" with all kind of info about the ME universe, and a futuristic Mass Effect-themed controller/mouse with glowing lights. Also, an in-game weapon, armor and possibly vehicle would be nice. It would cost a lot though...at least £75, I reckon. All wrapped up in a beautiful box (but no pictures of Shepard anywhere...the game is about my Shepard, not the default Shepard).

I like paragon87's suggestion for the most part but I'd rather not have the statue. One thing I REALLY want is full in game commentary to be unlocked after beating the game. Anyone ever played a valve game like left 4 dead. Kinda like that. In game goodies far beat out statues and stuff but if I had to have a statue, either the Normandy or Harbinger. Still really want more missions and equipment for the Reaper Edition. Main takeaway IN GAME COMMENTARY PLEASE!!!!

I'm thinking of making a poll seeing if the forum as a majority likes my idea, because I'm getting good vibes here (aside from the MaleShep figuerine). Hopefully BioWare will like it too and make something the fans want.

So, like with Portal...that is actually a great idea. I loved going back with it with comentary and it was like a whole new game...I second this.

Interesting.  This would certainly make the collector's edition of ME3 stand out.
