Has anyone been able to find the collector's edition in Australia yet? I've been checking at various retailers ever since the version was announced and I haven't been able to find it yet.

Well... no CE so far for AU, I haven't been able to find someone selling it for those regions but insofar the only "CE" is the Digital Deluxe Edition for ME3 via EA Store for AU$99.99.

I asked EB and this is their response:

Currently our buying department is still awaiting further details from the vendor in regards to the Collector’s Edition for this title.

Either keep an eye out on our EB Games Facebook and Twitter pages for further updates or stay tuned to our website as once the edition is confirmed it will be available on the website to preorder.

Typical.  My suggestion is to watch the web sites (Amazon, etc) for availability.

Amazon.ca has the ME3 Collector's Edition for PC up for preorder. I missed out on the COllector's editions for ME 1 & 2 and especially the Duke Nukem Forever one, I am not going to miss out on this one... Unless Amazon drops the ball...

Amazon's good for it.  I've preordered two copies of the collector's edition from them already.  You'll get your order from them, no doubt about it.

I pre-ordered my 360 and PS3 CE's from Amazon US.  With the current exchange rate at least (hopefully it'll hold for a while yet), it would probably be alot cheaper than buying any overpriced AU version.  I don't buy Australian games though.  I could understand people wanting to keep their collection "uniform" though if they have the AU versions of 1&2.

The Collector Edition of Mass Effect 3 is available for preordering in EB Games in Australia as of yesterday.

Yep, check the EB games website - you can now pre-order the collector's edition from there.

It's taken them long enough to get it online (they've been taking both collectors and 'uber' edition pre-orders in store since E3) - but with the confusion and now cancellation of the 'uber' edition, perhaps that is why it took them so long.

At any rate, it seems that there are only the standard and collectors editions - there should be plenty in stock at the moment.

Remember when BW revealed that they had a HUGE annoucement at the end of the Shepard march? I think it might be an uber edition. Wild speculation though.

Same here.  I've preordered three copies (one for each box and the third for my 'Hall of Fame' shelf)!
