Um, no. All I know about her personality is her sexual preference, her penchant for piracy and avoiding danger when there's no profit. But I have pictures of her and some video of her. And that gives as much material for discussion as does the little bit of character info that we have.

you can discuss her appearance...just don't start petty arguements/fights over it. if someone disagrees with you try not to sink the thread with "i'm right you're wrong" types of arguements. this isn't for you specifically, this is for everyone. stay civil.

But his screen shots were supposed to make him look like he had facial hair. Obviously, Isabela doesn't have facial hair, but that one image darn near makes her look like she does. If this is a problem with shadows, I really hope they get some better images of her out soon!

Exactly. Try guessing at what kind of person she is, her background and such instead of focusing on her appearance. Yes we know what she looks like and it's not best thing ever to some (she screams HAWT to me) but we don't have to focus on that since we know it.

Things I'd like to know:

Why did Zevran kill her husband?
Why didn't Isabela like her husband to begin with?
Is her gypsy pirate look inspired by the fact that she is Rivaini?
How long has she been a pirate?

Now let's make wild assumptions and see if we get anything right!

Yes. She had a dime-a-dozen model in Origins however, they can't really give that bland model to her in DA2 - especially considering how unique everybody else is looking.

I like her daggers a heck of a lot better than the "standard sword" in DA:O. Much more appealing to look at. And I love her outfit. I hope they keep things like that available throughout the game, even if armor swaps change the appearance. It was depressing to trash "Morigan's Robes" in favor of the tivinter or whatever else was better.

I really am sincerely curious if this is something that they did on purpose and are happy with, or if it's just a limitation of the engine/artists.

about her motives to help hawke escape, since she's a pirate i take it she's doing a job for someone else...this is just a guess of course but how about if she double crosses hawke's family and hands them to the templars accusing them of harboring apostates and after that she's hired by the mage resistance to spring them out of the kirkwall prison, this would make her quite a lot of gold XD

I believe someone said Isabela's mouth animation was bugged. They fixed already but not in time for the trailer. I need to look for that post now...

i've actually met women with similar faces, but if it bothers you that much there are other LI for hawke to choose from.

Do we know that for a fact? Until that's confirmed and revealed, all we have is Isabela.
