Actually, there was some type of shipping error notice that I and many others recieved when trying to order the first time. I bought from the Bioware store before and never ran into this error.

Doubt it Chris, I had problems on the 1st batch, but no such problems on the 2nd batch though. I think it has to do with the load on your end, specifically the one registering payment.

Amazing. The card I used for this works everywhere else perfectly but for some reason decided to get chain declined. Talked to my bank and there are no problems with the account either. FML.

If you could have one litho that you don't have now, which one would it be? (For artistic quality, not value on ebay.)

Don't know what to tell you, the only thing that changed on many people's end was changing when they entered the shipping information. If that is the bug, its entirely reasonable to think that 100 people did it right and got through. I guess its not a huge deal, most managed to get it, but it is frustrating having these issues when we're trying to throw gobs of money at you, especially when they sell out so quickly.

Illium is my second favorite. While Omega was one of my favorite places in ME 2, I didn't feel like the lithograph captures the structural quality of Afterlife.

I really didn't think I'd complain about much when it comes to Bioware stuff, but with the first batch I got an error message three times and then when it finally worked I was told it was sold out, so no order there.

This last time it didn't even tell me they were back in stock and I was there right from before 5pm.

I know the demand is high, but seriously, three times an error and then no update on the site when I refresh the page on the second batch? Bad form Bioware.

Doubt I'll try anything like that again, no matter how shiny. I love your stuff and I love the game but not enough to waste over half an hour of my life for no reason. Saves me $120 though so thanks for that

I'm not quite as sore as I sound, just a little frustrated.

I had the same problem. I saw one person say "I got one!" and I thought they were just kidding. Then I saw two, three, and four people saying it. That's when I cleared my browser history. That did the trick, and that was probably your problem.

So yeah, to everybody getting hosed that way, clear that shizzle!

I would be extremely fustrated too if I wasn't able to order a pack. (Expecially after waiting two hours and refreshing multiple pages endlessly.)

However, the errors that occured during the first event didn't happen to me this time. Did you have that unusual shipping error, too?

I still did that and it failed for me. There was a problem somewhere, and I should have got one of these packs considering I friggin' ordered it as soon as it appeared on the site.... hitting refresh every 5-10 seconds or so in the five minutes leading up to it, and yet I got screwed out of it because of some stupid error that wouldn't let the final stage go through repeatedly.

Others suffered the same. If it were just me I might have been able to accept the problem was at my end, but it wasn't.

Sorry Chris... but I'm more than a little pissed off and feel more than a little robbed here. I purposefully stayed up 5 hours into the early morning (it didn't release for me until 5-6am) after working two 10+ hour days in a row just to get it, and a mysterious glitch screws me over on getting them. So forgive me if I feel like you guys owe me here.

nah, they are by DC Direct who does the same style of figures for World of Warcraft, Starcraft, God of War, Killzone, etc., so they are mass (no pun intended ) produced and will be easy to find. Actually, they will probably be at Toys R Us too. The WoW ones are. Hope that helped!

did people who bought them get emails after? I bought them on my phone and got a ID confirmation number, but it isn't in my transaction history on the sales orders...
Its listed in my paypal transactions though, i guess i should be good?
