Is anybody getting there lithos and they are terribly damaged?

No. So far, all three of my litho shipments came completely undamaged!



However, it only takes about two to three days for me to receive them once they are shipped.

got my thane/grunt lithos in the post (only 2 weeks from canada - wow) today - i gotta say they are simply amazing, and it's great to see the improvement in packaging from the last few i ordered....

Grunt and Thane lithos turned up today, though sadly yet again they were damaged in transit with the corner of the package showing quite serious impact damage resulting in some heavy creasing; I guess the good news is at least the centre of the lithographs are free of damage, but they should seriously use a different courier considering the unbelievable scale of problems people have experienced.

my tali litho had a few dings on the edges that are hard to notice at first. Im happy with mine considering so many people said they had damage to theirs. Getting mine framed i think that will help.

My solo Tali litho showed up with dings on 2 edges. They're not so bad I'd send it back, and could easily be completely covered by framing. It is a little disappointing that even given the several layers of packaging used to keep them safe, the post office finds a way to slam the packages around enough to damage them.



(This is NOTHING like the incredible damage inflicted on a piece of original art I once received. It had been driven against a sharp corner so forcefully two layers of foam board and corrugated cardboard were PIERCED to punch a hole in the artwork. I've often wondered if a disgruntled postal worker did it deliberately in a fit of pique...)

I have heard anecdotal evidence that anything with "fragile" on it tends to be subjected to extra-harsh treatment by disgruntled staff members. Interestingly, my latest damaged box said "fragile" - maybe it shouldn't've! And I have seen some examples where what should be absolutely indestructible packaging has been, well, destructed. I do wonder if they view it as a challenge...

Just incase any international bidders are wondering, I am from Scotland and received my Tali litho today undamaged. Well worth the wait. Curse you snow! After reading some posts here i was beginning to worry if id get it in bits but thankfully i was lucky =D.

I'm from Scotland too and I received my Tali/Thane/Grunt lithos last week, without any damage (I was worried too). Oddly, they actually arrived before a lot of stuff I ordered from the UK despite the snow, but I was more excited about getting them than anything else anyway! =P

I am in France and I've just received my Grunt litho today, perfectly packed. I've already ordered stuff from the Biowarestore 4 or 5 times and it generally takes 2 to 3 weeks to get anything from Bioware to France.

I just received my Tali lithograph today: neatly delivered to the Netherlands, undamaged. I immediately took it to the local art supply guy to have it framed nicely.



First time I ever bought an item like this (I usually find out about these things when it's way too late, LOL). I'm very pleased with it. A beautiful signed Tali litho will be adorning my wall very soon! YAY me!

Iam unsure I just ordered the 5 pack with all the characters. So I don't know why they don't let you order them individualy.

Yes they will restock, they are unsigned/unlimited release. Just give it some time and yes you can order the characters individually but they have yet to sell the rest of the minis individually. You have no choice but to buy the others in the 2 packs.
