Dunno. This is my first, considering I missed the Citadel litho entirely. I still hunt for it on eBay and such, but I've never seen it up and I want one so badly.

Honestly? I don't think I'll ever find one. If I did I expect it would be an exorbitant amount that I could never reasonably justify or afford

Steamdragon, do a search for "Mass Effect Lithograph" on eBay and then save the search to your eBay account. That way you'll get e-mails sent to you anytime a new ME litho is posted.

edit: That's how I was able to track down an Illium litho... although I don't want to tell you how much I paid for it...

You could just get the mini litho version of the Citadel. Will be much cheaper than trying to find one of the numbered ones.

I didn't think there was Citadel Mini Lithographs, otherwise they would be available now.
