I've been trying to place an order for the past half hour but it kept timing out. Whether it was done through paypal or a credit card, the transaction failed. If they truly are out of stock now, I'm not happy.

Try Again! I had the same problems with it timing out, then I got the message about being sold out, but I hit the 'go back' link and tried again and this time it went all the way through.

no, it's not in stock. the cart automatically says you MUST REMOVE ITEM TO COMPLETE ORDER. it's amount is $0.00. the presale is over and i just wasted 30 minutes trying to place an order.

Don't know that to say. I never removed the item from my cart, I just hit the 'go back' link and was able to advance and submit from there. Just got my email confirming my order.

I'm finally back by the way. Sucks to see that some of you who were waiting with me before 10 were unable to get one of the packs... I completely missed out too because of stupid class. All I know is that I better be able to get one tonight. And ifI don't, I better be able to in November... I'm not paying $100+ each for these off of someone on eBay...

Um... Sorry you guys got hosed. I don't have a confirmation e-mail yet, but my store account shows my order on file.



So, in case the info helps anyone on the next pass:



- Created account and stored address and credit card info earlier this week.

- Logged in before scheduled offer window.

- Ordered as soon as I saw Chris' post saying they were finally up.

- Chose standard shipping.

- Hit checkout.

- Found shipping had defaulted back to 2-day, re-selected standard.

- (Also entered CC security code somewhere in there...)

- Hit submit

- Waited 3-4 minutes for confirmation screen

- To date, no e-mail received, but order is recorded in my store account records.

wow been reading through this thread... god i hope its not this difficult when they go on sale individually, i just want the tali one. =/



if i dont get it because of technical issues, a part of me will die inside.

They went pretty quickly. Hope they can fix whatever the problem is before the next pre-sale. It's almost 4:30am here and I got up just before 3am to make sure I got a set and luckily managed to, would be super pissed if i didn't. Took me 5 attempts though, not fair that people should have to miss out due to issues with the site.

One good thing they did do is limit the number available to purchase per customer. Anyways I am off to bed now, good luck to everyone for the next pre-sale.

yea, they limited them to 3 sets per customer but it probably wasn't enough to keep it from selling out so quickly.  le sigh.

i bet when they sell them individually, Tali will be gone in 10 seconds, lol.

I've already wasted and stayed up for four hours purposefully for this and am exhausted just to be screwed out of it by a stupid glitchy issue despite ordering straight away. I don't see why I should have to **** up my sleeping patterns and waste what's left of my only day off this week due to their screw up, especially if it just ends up happening again.

How my order didn't work I'll never know. I was already logged in, only had to place the item, log into paypal and wait. A three minute process managed to exceed ten fold that and failed due to I assume more than 100 people looking to buy at the same time as me.



Anyone reading this thread able to get one and live outside Canada/USA ? I wonder if that was it.



Only crumb of comfort is I didn't end up with a second order placed...

i F5ed until they were up,

placed in cart,

already logged in

and the only issue i had was when i submitted my order. that's where it screwed up.

I've been trying to order the litho's but PayPal wasn't accepted, I tried on six occasions, but it kept looping from the checkout to the PayPal sign-in, then back to the checkout, then back to the PayPal sign-in. Then on the last time, it came up saying it was out of stock... ... What the heck do I do... ...?

Unless BioWare decides to make it up to us somehow or put some aside for those in this thread who reported issues there's not much we can do unless we're willing to wait for the next batch and hope it doesn't screw up.



I can't be bothered any more waiting for Chris or somebody else to respond. I'm exhausted, have a headache and am extremely pissed off at the whole situation. I'm going to bed.

Me too, but I wasn't going to take the chance.

I'll try for an individual when they go up, and then I may sell off my 'extras'.  (Or I might decide I like them so much I'll keep them.)

i got Garrus and Jack from way back and i simply wanna complete my team. they're not making it easy. if i fail at the 2nd presale, i'm done with these lithos for good.
