I could of swore I saw this game on Direct2Drive a year back, but I can't find it anymore. Does anyone know what happened to it? Is it on another digital distribution service or is my memory misleading? If it's not available I guess I will just go with a physical copy, but digital would have been a bit more convenient.

It used to be on Direct 2 Drive. It no longer is (though if you'd bought it from there, it's still downloadable from there.).

I'll have to get into the mode of actually checking the publisher's website from now on. Should have figured with EA doing it now. Thanks.

Apparently it WAS on Direct2Drive. I guess it was taken down to direct traffic towards Atari? Doesn't make sense when NWN just went on GOG though.

I don't know why it was removed from Direct 2 Drive. That's actually where I purchased from. They no longer have a page for it, but if I sign in I can still see it in my purchases and download it.

Just a quick clarification: EA has nothing to do with either NWN or NWN2. NWN was published by Atari and so was NWN2. Bioware, now owned by EA is a wrinkle and I think that's why the digital games were pulled as it happened about 3 months after Bioware was bought out by EA.

All that said, Bioware and Obsidian were the developers, but Atari was the publisher for both.

Now, even though Atari is the publisher and you can order them off their website, the purchase are actually performed through Digital River.

Just FYI.

I was referring to the fact that EA(and other publishers) have a digital store for their games.

Atari is the publisher as already stated, so I don't see what relevance EA holds to NWN2 being removed from D2D. But it doesn't matter now.

Not NWN2, NWN premium modules and the NWN online copies were pulled after EA bought up Bioware (from off the Bioware store. That's what I was referring to. NWN2 just shifted over to Atari/Digital River, they were always available online through Atari for both retail and digital distribution.)

I know about getting NwN1 from gog.com, but I am searching for a digital download of all the NWN2 original + expansions.  Yes, if you are in the USA you can get them from the atari store, but I'm in the UK and cannot find anywhere at all to buy it.

I wonder if I mask my IP i might be able to wangle it on the atari store! :DPosted Image

And it's gone from D2D again. I purchased the game and MotB and SoZ about a month ago and wanted to get Mysteries today, but sadly I couldn't. Is it a cyclic thing or something, one month it's there and the next it's gone only to reappear again? Or is it just that they ran out of keys?

It's no longer available for DD in Europe, you have to get the disc version from amazon/ebay/etc.

Is there anywhere else where one can purchase the game digitally? It seems like all options to do so are gone.

Neverwinter Nights Complete includes both Neverwinter Nights 1 + 3 Expansion Packs and Neverwinter Nights 1 + 3 Expansion Packs (which means it includes Mysteries of Westgate)

Or you can get the DnD Ultimate Pack, which includes not only NWN1/2, but the Infinity Engine games and Temple of Elemental Evil.

Thanks, I accidently lost my main disk for the game and wanted to reinstall it on a new work computer I got. Was going to look for a hard copy to use instead of a digital and looks like that pack is good.
