I was unable to get too the EA forums, as I read some of about this..
I read about the rules, do I need a dr pepper account to log my EA account to get the code. And when I get the code I just use the redeem code on the xbox to get content? As I read it's only avatar items?
I also read something about you need the game box, what is that about?
question regarding drpepper promotion and EA

Been a long time since I did the Dr. Pepper promo, but I imagine all you need is a Dr. Pepper account to get the code. Then you need to have your game registered here. (My Games --> Register Games) Then you enter in the code the Dr. Pepper site gives you on this website as well. (Profile --> Redeem Promo Code)

I see, thank you for clearying it up, As I am getting mass effect 2.
But my question is after I used the code to enter it, I understand about register game's but EA place a special code now inside the box?

Do you mean the Cerberus Network Code? That comes with the game and allows you to access some content for free. You should be able to redeem that code on this website after you register your game as well.

Oh no lol, sorry if I confused you..
That was a question I had before from a previous post. Cause I know you can just easly get it from the microsoft points..
I meant the drpepper, I don't have mass effect 2 yet, but I do have the drpepper code... Now I know I need a drpepper account to use the code.
While I have the code including I made a drpepper account. Why would I need to register the game to get the code, my apologies if these stuff was already explain from a link..

The Dr. Pepper promo gives you a code to use on the Dr. Pepper website to then get another code to use on this website. That would be the "Redeem Promo Code" page. Now that I think about it, you might not need to have a game registered yet to redeem the code. Once you redeem the code, it will show that you can then download the Dr. Pepper items to any version of the ME2 game, whether it be XBox 360 or the PC.
The Cerberus Network Code comes with all new copies of the game. Using it allows you access to content such as the character Zaeed, the Firewalker missions, some weapons.

Oh I see, but I have a drpepper has a football Ea guy on it..
Regarding "The Cerberus Network Code" you mean if I buy the 19.99 mass effect game I get that The Cerberus Network Code? Because from the market place you have to use microsoftpoints.

I just tried it, you don't have to register the game. For able to use those codes,
What you do is make a dr pepper account, then type the dr peppper bottle cap code, select what content you want then type your EA account.
After you are done, even if you don't have a mass effect game or what not, those codes are saved on your bioware account.
Go too your profile then you will see register promotions..
Perhaps this would indeed help people while they did search?

Okay, good to know what the exact process is.
As for the Cerberus Network Code, I can only go with my own experience with how it works, but by buying the XBox 360 version, there is a card in the case that has the code on it that you can redeem to access the content. However, you can also buy the Cerberus Network (I guess what you saw on the marketplace) if you bought a used version of the game that didn't have a code anymore.
