Recently, a feature request was made regarding a difficulty with the group feature of the social site in this thread, which is that the discussion area of the group in question is quickly becoming bloated.
I'm experiencing the same issue, but I have an additional request, which hopefully complements the first. A full-text search facility, limited in scope to the group itself, would also help the group discussion area to alleviate the problem. It's getting difficult to find where things were discussed, now that the group is a month or so old. And the game isn't even in beta. It's convenient to discuss the mod's development in the context of the game that makes it possible, but I cringe to think how difficult the group will be to use once the beta phase has been underway for a while if the social.bioware user-created forum continues in its current, feature-starved form.

I would like to renew my request for a search function for our developers' group, and all groups. The discussions in our group have grown to the point that, without a way to search for what's already been discussed, much of the previous 8 months of thought on this module has been effectively lost. Development proceeds, but increasingly without the benefit of the group created for the purpose..
