There are no two ways about it, that is an impressive jaw.

I get the feeling the in-game version looks different, from what I've seen.

Hmmm... Looks fine. Thought I wish we could see a bit more of her shoulder arm guard thingy.

I believe the wallpaper at highest resolution shows it off pretty well.

One of my biggest celebrity crushes has one of those too (Emmy Rossum, granted, she's got big eyes and that alone makes me weak in the knees) so I don't really have much of a problem with that.

In any case, Isabela and the romance options in general are going to win me over with their personality more than anything, so it's too early for me to start "evaluating."

Does that mean you'd be crushing on this lady?

If you're implying I was implying anything other than what I said, you'd be mistaken.

...this feels like a trap.  A big-eyed trap... I am conflicted!

Edit: BTW, you have me blocked, what's the deal? :bandit:

"Only good food, good drink and sex, lots and lots of sex…The Siren's Call: Best floating hotel in Denerim, that's us."

Always liked Isabela so she shines in the above three chapters of my FF where Alistair allows her to "borrow" him...

This was written before it was announced she would be a companion in DA2, I think I captured her pretty well.

Enjoy!B)

What I predict for the dialogue in Isabela's love scene:

"Look at this... like stealing into the Champion's chambers... such risk... but the priiiiiize..."

I hope she recalls in some vivid detail the experience she had with Zevran, myself and Leliana.

It seems like everyone looks their best in indoor or nighttime light so far.

The half-smile looks good. Seems they corrected the problem with the face morphs that augmented chins and reduced lips.

She looks great in that video.

Does anyone else prefer the new voice actress over the old one?

I think the faces are still very much the same they were; it's just not as evident in the dim lighting.

The lips are slightly bigger in this screenshot than when she doesn't speak, and when she speaks it varies (the first screenshot i took of her caught her looking very much like that "bugged" one actually, but it was in middle of sentence so not very representative)

Flirtatious banter always seems a little weird when the people involved are drenched in blood.

Ooh, I liked that banter.

She's probably way too expensive to hire, but I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that Isabela sounded a bit like Rachel Weisz.

She'e still ugly and could compete with trolls when it comes to chewing boulders and spitting out stone crumbs...

Hear, hear! The gap between the end of her chin and her bottom lip is gigantus maximus - it's too masculine for this femme fatale.  Also she has these pudgy, undefined cheeks, like they're stuffed with cotton wool.  I guess BW want her to look strong.....
But hey, the adrogynous look is in these days

But I think the strong-faced look favours her, it's good that not all females in this game are going to be dainty and petite, why, in real life you can find all sorts of attractive female types that are not dainty or petite...

I'm disappointed with how the eye texture looks in that screenshot. I hope it's just due to bad lightning and blurriness.

Anyone know how Isabella got shipwrecked?
Was she attacked? or did she, or one of her crewmembers make a mistake?

EDIT: I'm guessing attacked myself, because her ship was reduced to timbers. The only question is then, by who? Either Qunari with their cannons, or a mage. Is it common to have a mage on board of your ship? It seems quite usefull to me to have a mage in a fight on sea, or just to use their powers to call upon the wind (if that's possible).

I actually asked Sheryl that a while back and all I got was: "You'l have to play the game to find out".
