If you look closely, she is one of those infamous "Blue Circle" NPC allies in that screenshot.

i think it's a chantry, i remember them saying chantries have exquisite red wax candles.

From what I remember reading, Isabela isn't a companion until you solve her mission. I could be wrong about what I read, though I'm most likely assuming if that's true then that would be Isabela's mission.

One super minor thing that I like about that screenshot is the fire goes up the pillar and not just through it.

I thought the flame looks like it's shooting up conveniently in front of the pillar, but not on it.
