No, not at all. Art style is real life Neo, CGI Neo and anime-style Neo. But they both have the same features, or at least should have.

Garner? In truth, she was generic NPC #1254, and she happened to look
vaguely like Jennifer Garner. Or was she actually based off her? I don't
believe the devs have ever mentioned this...

I'm pretty sure I know it because I read it somewhere that it was intentional.

I believe it came from a report of the game being demo'd and the details of her recruitment quest.

It explaines the complexety of human nature.. how we all feel connected to materiel things, when thats not the important thing of life, whats important is the ties you share with others.. and mountains you have to climb in order to experience something so precious.

Issie, great! For long (since yesterday?) I have thought a nick for Isabella, which was darn hard. Isa was just wrong. But Issie, that is great!

(Also lol at your explanation on what is happening on the picture. It was very well written, would not had guessed someone in Bioware can do it even sarcastically.)
